Dear BBB,hope you are well. I was wondering whether you would be the right people to please advise me on how to get my money back for an unused BA ticket which was booked through Fellowship Travel International Company.I can send further detail via email, but in a nutshell, I was due to fly with BA in March 2020, but could not do so due to Covid. Fellowship Travel International advised me that I could not get a refund, and that they would put onto a voucher of $801.25 to be used by 21st April 2023. They sent me this voucher and told me I must book through them when ready. However, when contacting the company to book this, they told me they no longer have access to the voucher, and could not get a refund either.I raised this with the President of the company who then sent an email to BA requesting a refund, however, his email to ** stated that they do not have the *** number as it has dropped out of our system. The company provided no further support and advised me to sort the matter myself.Unfortunately this means the company has not looked after my funds and the money has been lost through no fault of my own. I had already contacted BA previously to try and sort it myself, who said this needs to be sorted through the Travel Company.Are you able to advise please on how I can either get my funds back? If Fellowship Travel International have lost my voucher and access to the funds, then this is a mistake that has happened at their end and I should be eligible for compensation if anything. I have been chasing this matter for years and it's unacceptable that my funds have been lost.The original voucher said it can be used up until April 2023, so there may still be time to ************ situation.If you are not the right people to help, grateful if you could advise who else might be able to.Thank you in advance.With best wishes,*****
