Blue Ridge roofing ************ owned by ******************* and his son *************** was the installer for our new metal roof. We worked out the details with them ahead of time to get the right dates and times that would work for us on changing our room from a shingle roof to a metal roof ***** did all the preparatory worked and came and saw our house and came up with a contractual agreement showing us all the things that we would need. He also worked with us on the snow guards as we live in the mountains. He also helped us with a gutter system. It was designed in ****** to handle large volumes of water and melting snow.When knew all the total cost ahead of time. We signed a contract with all the details in place *** are installer came and kept me up-to-date. We lived out of town at a second home and he would send me photographs and call and text me and give me updates. He would also ask me questions if there were decisions that need to be made on the go, **** was unbelievable and stay in constant contact with me to make sure that the job was done correctly as well as my wife and I liking.When we were visit the house, they would make absolutely sure that we could access the house and kept their equipment and trucks and positions. It would allow us to get in and out when we had to come and go. They would also pay extra attention to detail such as keeping the property clean from the debris, cleaning up each day and removing all the extraneous materials from the ground and property for safety issues as well as for cleanliness The craftsmanship of our very complicated roof, which had at least five or seven different sections required a lot of on the go, mechanical decision-making on how to design the roof and put it together. *** was an expert in that area and made every effort to make the job look fantastic as well as to make it functional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for the roof replacement!!!!!!

My neighbor, a former house builder, referred me to Blue Ridge Roofing. So we started off with me feeling very confident about his vote of confidence. (He's very picky in a good way.) From the estimate, which was arranged painlessly and quickly, to the sun tunnels and new ridge on my roof and ************** gutters that were made in Blue Ridge's shop to exactly the right color and with little artistic touches, everything was done with utmost care. I had waited 20 years to install sun tunnels mainly because they came with a warning to "be sure to have a roofer you trust!" Otherwise you could be dealing with leaks. In addition Blue Ridge discovered that the ridge venting that I believed was working on my roof had never been connected, therefore was not functioning. They were able to repair it at a really reasonable additional cost and they were good detectives. I'm also confident that all the work will hold up for a good long time and that Blue Ridge will stand behind their work.
