I was shown the model apartment, and was refused to see the apartment I was renting before the move in date. When it was time for me to move in, it was a completely different layout and smaller. I quickly let them know that I was not satisfied and due to no way to compromise, I requested to terminate the lease.The owner has refused to cooperate and is not returning my money ($1,500+). At this point, I am convinced he is trying to steal my money with the hopes that I will give up. This company needs to be disbarred from doing business. The girl (******) that works in the rental office is just as incompetent as the owner. And their corporate office is just as negligent. I gave away furniture thinking that they can be trusted. And not to mention, their former employee confirmed the ***** issues that has been there for years.

I wished I could leave 0 stars.....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are scammers & will steal your money any way they can. They will be nice to your face and then stab you in the back when you walk away...we rented a 2 bedroom apartment was only there 8 months. They claim we had carpet damage to the extent it needed to be replaced. There was 1 little spot in the living room where our dog got sick one nite BUT we did clean it really good. It was not enough to replace the carpet and charged us $600 plus saying the flooring underneath was damaged. RED FLAG Keep in mind that they don't allow the tenants to do walk thrus with them cause they want to lie about the apartment so they can take your deposit. When you question them about it and to show you proof or ask them why they didn't show ** the apartment and what they found instead of waiting 2 months after we have moved out to get a letter of the charges and why you only got $300 back of your $1200 deposit they get defensive and don't want to talk to you!! ! The people in the office ************* are rude and not very professional. When we moved in the apartment we had to fix several things ourselves such as doors were off the hinges to the wash machine, the patio door needed to be fixed, the pantry door hinge needed to be fixed, the screen to the master bedroom was bent so we had to fix that in order for us to raise the windows. They put all of their effort on the carpet and scamming people that they don't look at the rest of the apartment's issues! BEWARE they lie, they are hustlers waiting for their next tenant to see how much money they can get from you, they will steal from you! Your rent payment can't even be made electronically it has to be mailed BUT if its late no fault of your own you better believe they will charge you a late fee...this is their plan! I see other reviews about the carpet fee snatching seems to be the norm with them.it ends up being half of your deposit. BE CAREFUL don't be their next victim!
