I'm impressed at the time and care **** at RichPro took finding the area rats seem to be entering our home. While doing so he found an active termite colony we didn't know we had. His service was 5 stars for sure.Review from Patricia B

When *******, the technician, came to my home I appreciated his enthusiasm and dedication for using his talents to help people and enable them to wrest control of their home away from the local ant population! Great job. Technician let me know in advance that he would be arriving a little early. Found and treated a wasp nest that ******** had missed even though he was just there for my annual termite inspection. Polite, considerate.Review from Christine M

Technicians were courteous and thorough in their explanation in what needed to be done and why. Patient in answering my questions. Everything was done as explained. I look forward to working with them on a regular basis.
