Customer Service:Majority of the work was completed that we paid for even though it took 3 times longer than expected when using New Market Grounds. We had a retaining wall made of railroad ties removed and replaced with stones. We had the concrete removed and re-poured around our inground pool and finally the cleaning of the pool itself after it was left in awful shape. Part of what was discussed in our text messages about this project included replacing the anchors around the cement for the inground pool cover to be placed back on. We have been waiting weeks now even though the owner clearly knew months ago that this would need to be done and he has not returned to complete the job or returned any further messages about doing so. This pool needs to be closed and the cover we purchased years ago cannot be placed back over the pool without installation of the anchors that the owner of New Market Grounds removed and did not place back into the new concrete after it cured. Quality of Work Most of the work was done well. There is glue showing around the stones on the new retaining wall that is unsightly, there are already two large cracks in the brand new concrete which showed up a couple months after laying and there are holes coming up from where the new concrete has broken on the surface in about 5-6 places so far. I was told these would be repaired and the owner has not shown up to do so. Not sure what the future will bring and how the quality will be remain but I do not suggest using this company and hope this review will help someone in the future.
