Ordered a gaming laptop through Amazon from these guys come to find out it stopped working after a month and sent it to ASUS for warranty repair and they said its not covered because I modded out my 64gb ram for 2 8gb ram cards which I have no idea how to do..so pretty much before Computer Upgrade King sent out my laptop when I ordered it they took my 64gb ram and downgraded me to some crappy 2 8gb ram cards in hopes that customers dont find out..they steal parts from online orders and replace them for cheaper parts I spent $2,500 on this laptop with no resolution because some punk modded my purchase and stole from me when I rightfully bought it online. Please help me this store is a scam and its not right if you look at there reviews there is multiple incidents with the same issue!! Help!!Review from Bessie S

I guess I should have checked this website prior to purchasing a system from this company. I spent over $2000, to get a fully upgraded and functioning pc to do my work. I am obligated by my employer to have a working machine at all times, but not even 6 months in this pc started acting up. First the LED lights stopped working, didn't care since I really just need it for work. now December 2022, a month shy of having it for a year, it starts the random shut downs. It starts running fans light it's a motorcycle revving. I explained to them the issues, sent photos and made sure to inform them I need this to function for work. The agent said I was under warranty to send it back and the minute they received it the pc would go in the repair queue. It took me a few days to send back as the pc kept shutting down as I made several attempts to download my work files. They received my pc on 1.13.2023, it's almost 2 weeks and it hasn't even been looked at yet. I now have to go purchase a new pc to do my work or risk getting let go. I wouldn't purchase any machines from this group. Not reliable and definitely a company with bad products, since they are so backed up with returns. Waiting for my refund reply.Review from Miles P

I bought a desk top computer from them and have not been able to get it to work properly from the beginning. It took forever for the computer to arrive and when it did I was out of town for extended work and was unable to set it up. When I finally tried and found it didn't work, I contacted support and they could not get it to work. I spent several hours on the phone with ** support and same problem. CUK finally offered to have me mail it to them at my own expense, not expectable, I have already spent ******** of dollars on this faulty unit. I want and demand a refund of my $******.
