On January 30th I took my future girlfriends **** ****** in for inspection this shop told her the inspection failed due to a leaking steering rack if they did the repair the fee would be $900.Here is the problem. She owned this vehicle for 2 years it is *********** and it does not have any leaks . I advised her to go to another inspection station but remove the rejection sticker and the report and keep it on hand.When the tech inspected the vehicle It passed with no problems she said "how is the steering rack" he said mamn this vehicle is in immaculent condition"On Feb 5 I returned to Red Jenkins auto to question their motives 1st I was told the power steering reservoir was empty.If that's true how did she have power steering?Then He said it leaked out.but I live 1/4 mile from this establishment I checked the vehicle over before the inspection and all of the fluids were fine.Then I asked "so if the fluid leaks out in 1/4 Mile how is she able to steer the vehicle with no issues from brook ** to the ************ area then to another inspector days later and she driving it right now and didn't loose a drop of power steering fluid?They claim they have no reason to lie but the evidence shows they run a shady business and if you don't know any better they will cheat you.THIS PLACE SHOULD BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN HENRICO COUNTY
