I used a lot of health food products which have kept my blood sugar under control but I never stopped to give a review. I love trying out new inventions. Once I saw WIO I decided to give it a try. Run, Run, Run! I got my delivery of muffins, chips, croissants and flour on Friday. I ate a muffin Friday night and my reading was over 300 on Saturday morning. I tried the chips and it also shot my blood sugar up. I waited today until my sugar was in the 120's and I ate 1/3 piece of the egg and cheese croissant. My blood sugar went to 219. I am so disappointed. But I am disgusted that this fake product purported to help diabetics is allowed to continue ripping off people.Review from Michelle S

Delivered food at room temp and so food was not safe to eat. It is impossible to a refund or replacement. They just give you the run around. I can't get anyone to respond or give me the required number in order to get a refund. I have emailed and called. They said to put my number on an online form but it won't accept my number. The bad reviews are from people who don't seem to understand what "digestibility corrected" means and how the carb and fat blockers work. I take their Trio Trim capsules (which are carb and fat blockers) before each meal. During my recent vacation, while eating terrible foods that tasted amazing, I took these capsules. I didn't gain nor lose weight, which is actually really good for me on vacation.The other foods help me lose weight when I am not on vacation. But they are a tool like other items in the diet arsenal, and if people binge on these foods as I suspect they are, they will be knocked out of ketosis. Plus, ketosis depends on several factors, as mentioned on their website.This company is not a scam, and I am very happy that I found them.Review from Roger L.

They use UPS to deliver their products. UPS has lost my delivery more than once and it takes forever to replace. They also use the no weekend delivery so you can add at least three days or more to the delivery. Horrible delivery system.
