Made the mistake of leaving a ****** review before the process was complete. Received a cash offer, proceeded with plans based on that offer only to have the offer rescinded within a week. Be very careful making any plans based on their initial offer as it could very well vanish.

These guys gave been nothing but compassionate. We went through a tough time losing our dad recently. They were upfront and honest and gave us no pressure. There have been people calling about the house that werent local or trustworthy. If you need to sell your house I would highly recommend you reach out to them. Local is key. With heavy hearts our family decided it was time to move grandma out of her home. We had the pleasure of meeting with **** from Sierra Housing Solutions. **** was kind enough to come out to look at grandma's property and spend time with our family. He was extremely caring, informative and understanding of our situation and walked ** through the entire selling process step by step. We did not feel rushed or pressured which was a huge relief. **** has been very accommodating with great communication, responsive and prompt. This is certainly a tough time for your entire family and it can be tricky trying to all decide what is the correct path. I really appreciate the kind word said here! Our goal is always a win win so sometimes that can take a little time to determine. Putting pressure on doesn't help to make the best decision in my eyes. **** with SHS was excellent. We had a property that was fire damaged and he suggested different ways we could handle it. Although we sold the property to another party, he still made followup calls with us and gave us very much needed advice on the sale. I would definitely recommend **** and SHS to anyone who was interested in a quick but safe and secure sale. He is very honest and reputable, knows the business in detail, and definitely has many connections in the **** area which can make the sale easy and stress free. Thanks ****!!Review from christina C
