***** is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he fix the main problem, being our back door, he also worked on our front door to make the lock operate more smoothly. Gabe was absolutely wonderful. Arrived on time, was knowledgable and professional. I provided a deadbolt purchased from Amazon and Gabe discovered that the manufacturer provided some incorrect information in the installation instructions. **** did a wonderful job working around the issues and actually provided me with a new deadbolt to complete the job. I really appreciate his ability to think and solve an issue when it was presented.Review from Makenzi S.
