Lincoln H &A always comes through for me. Their communication is excellent (no AI to deal with), prices are fair and they always go the extra mile to get the job done quickly and efficiently. My tenants have commented on how professional and friendly the service men are. I have never had to pay for a service that I didn't need as Lincoln H &A is above all, honest. My AC died on the fourth of July, after more then 25 years of use. From the start of our journey to research HVAC companies and begin the process of replacing the system, Lincoln heating provided great customer service and answered all questions we had when looking at replacing the system. The team of ****, *******, and **** were polite, kind and efficient, and they worked together as a "well oiled machine". It's been quite some time since I reviewed a product or service.Lincoln Heating and Air as well as your technician ****** have set a bar for service.****** was the consummate service person. He was knowledgeable, empathic and excelled at determining our problem and subsequently fixed our problem.Additionally he presented all options available to us, which guided us to the decision we made.He's one of a kind! **************Review from Joe G
