This company WAS good. **** owner had to replace same unit same day as it was faulty four years ago... they have come out for maintenance on schedule BUT THIS TIME..... I have been without AC since July 18th. Part that was supposed to be out was entered wrong by distributor. Tech **** (who is fantastic) came out to discover wrong part shipped. Found slow leak in refrigerant and fixed it just to let me know the condenser was the REAL problem. This needed to be tested AGAIN since it is under WARRANTY and finally was ordered. Per phone call it was promised to him by Thur/Friday of July 28th - 29th in 102 - 104 degree weather!!!! Seriously!!!! No call so called them - front office personnel thought she was funny in telling me it was coming from "maybe" ********** or ****** or some other country. NOT FUNNY. I just called AGAIN August 2nd and part still not in. She was sorry and understands... and when I told her I was now beyond mad she said it's not her fault and doesn't like to be attacked at work and hung up. I worked in customer service for 33 years. I understand - NOT!!!! I have an elderly dog and older myself. This part, if it goes out occasionally, should be stocked. I am beyond FRUSTRATED and still no contact from them... BEWARE

We do apologize for the delay in shipping the parts from the manufacturer. Unfortunately that is beyond our control as the factory has to send parts that are not locally available. All 13 distribution centers were contacted to obtain the parts needed. We have been in contact with the distributor daily as to when the part would come in. The part arrived yesterday afternoon and scheduled for today to be installed. We also provided a portable air conditioner to help until the part arrived. I am sorry to see the 1 staer review and hopefully it can be reassessed at a later time

Very good experience all the way around! The technician (**** D) was here on time and was extremely polite and professional. Even our dog - who generally isnt fond of strangers in our house - liked ****! Really impressed with how efficiently **** diagnosed the problem and presented alternative solutions. Also impressed with 4 Seasons discounts for seniors, teachers, and medical professionals.

**** diagnose my problem with my heater and I also had him check on a game plan to redirect airflow in the house we came together with a plan and he is confident that it will solve my problem with my heating and cooling Duct work

I was very pleased with the install and the two gentlemen that did the work. They were very professional and did a great job. I was concerned about not having air conditioning until spring. But ***** called the company and arranged for someone to come finish the suit on Monday.

Luckily I got a same day appt when I phoned. ******* was an outstanding young man explaining everything to me, what pieces needed to be replaced, how much each cost and how much additional time it would take him to complete the job.
