Requested pricing online, SH responded with quote for a different vehicle, SH corrected said quote. When arrived for appointment was asked to sign a waver including item # 6 ""MY CAR, MY LIABILITY" Sport Haus Reno is not responsible for any Damages, Loss or Theft at our facility." When questioned if a mechanic damages my vehicle was told to submit a claim to MY insurance company! Said I didn't think that was right the response was "every shop does that and you can take you vehicle elsewhere". I took there advice and walked out.

What a waste of time and money! If you are looking to have your euro car worked on by competent/honest mechanics -- DO NOT GO HERE. These guys switched out my front brakes, charged me a fortune, and my brakes were squeaking for like a month afterwards. Mind you, my brakes DID NOT squeak before I came here. Then they charged me over 700 to fix a door lock, which was quoted significantly less by the local *** dealer. So they are taking advantage of you in their labor pricing. Not to mention that when I went to retrieve something from my car, I observed the owner ******* with his greasy shoe resting on my rear bumper.Fast forward to today, where Will the front desk guy reached out to me to see if I needed anything. I asked him to quote me for an oil change, and replacement of air filters. He quoted me $450.00 for a service that was quoted at $330.00 by another mechanic in town specializing in Euro models. When I told Will that I would not be going with Sporthaus due to their price gouging, he acted like an immature ex-girlfriend that won't stop blowing up your phone after a break-up, telling me that "I was wasting his time" after he reached out to me! The comedy/attitude towards customers is really unbelievable.Do not go here fam. These dudes are disingenuous clowns!
