As parents, We always worry about the well-being and health of our family, especially our baby. Before installing the water treatment system, we noticed that the water in our home was very hard and contained chemicals that affected our baby's sensitive skin, causing dryness and redness. Since we installed this system, the water is much softer and free of harmful chemicals. We have noticed a great improvement in our baby's skin; You no longer suffer from irritation or dryness after bathing, and your skin feels much softer and healthier. In addition, this system is very easy to use and gives us the peace of mind of knowing that we are protecting our family. Ive been an Aquafeel customer for almost 5 years now. I have well water and i tried with different filters before and I couldnt fix the problems on my well water. I called customer service because of a leak behind the water tank. Before I could even provide details, they told me I would have to pay $390 for maintenance. Even if I didn't want the maintenance, I would still have to pay for a technician visit. None of this is included in the warranty. There was no other solution offered, no empathy, or any genuine interest in solving the issue with their product. The leak is not in my house but in their product. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. They are only interested in selling or charging for "extra" services. I will not be recommending them ever again.Aquafeel Solutions Response

Im utterly disappointed with the residential water filtration system and the myriad of problems it has brought. Despite forking out over $8500, the system has been nothing short of a headache since installation. The main water tank sprung leaks in the same spot three times, leading to multiple visits from the installer and numerous tank replacements before the issue was finally resolved. The 2-gallon alkaline tank persists in its relentless dripping, a flaw that should never have occurred in the first place but still exist since its inception. Recently, the system decided to call it quits altogether, adding to my mounting frustration. Despite my persistent efforts to reach customer service, my calls were either met with silence or mysteriously disconnected whenever I sought help. It's beyond infuriating. And let's not forget the water pressure ever since the system was installed, my water pressure has severely depleted. It's hard not to blame the system itself, especially since this was never an issue prior to installation. Despite having moved on to another company, the salesman who initially sold me the system was the only one willing to assist with troubleshooting the 2-gallon alkaline tank replacement issue and getting it working again. While I appreciate his efforts, the leak continues. The overall experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. Based on my nightmarish ordeal, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommend this service to anyone.Aquafeel Solutions Response

Unfortunately, we Aquafeel Solutions have no say on contract terms or consequences for not paying off any loans, as contract's are between the customer and their matched finance company. We work with finance companies who approve and offer different options to customers based on their credit, income and debt-to-income ratio. We do our best to match our customers with the right finance company for them and their financial situation.
