Oh boy run dont walk away from this business. My wife bought a Rav4 from them they had 2 available said one was a rental the other wasnt, they ended up both being a rental when we got there. Now after looking at the carfax one of them still ended up being a winner. The big issue was the finance department, They had a guy named ***** possibly ******************* that full on commited fraud signing my wife up for a 5 year extended warranty that we did not want which was an extra $1000. He also lied about another extended warranty that ended up being complete bogus that claimed you could cancel at any time but when i looked at the paperwork calling the warranty company it said 60 day. We canceled that with confirmation but still nothing is taken off the principle 8 weeks after the confirmation email. We called and got ahold of their "bdc director" ************************* that claimed ***** was fired due to commiting fraud on other people and said she was going to get us in contact with a manager "*****". Called today another person said ****** was fired all calls get blocked. Scum is too lenient of a word for this place and their staff. What I suspect is they just claim people are fired or flat out give fake names to everyone and good luck doing anything over the phone. Currently doing a FTC complaint, DMV complaint to get them gigged, Florida attorney general and gave them a demand letter a month ago so now talking with legal.Review from Jeanna W

Horribly dishonest! Price $15,500. Does not negotiate - ok fine. Mandatory Hanna Advantage sold on all cars. $2000 for 3yr coverage. Declined. Then offered $998 for 1yr coverage - mandatory. Declined and told ALL THEIR CARS ARE SOLD WITH IT. Then asked me for $5000 to hold the car while I worked on financing. I said I would walk and they can sell it. Then said ok, $500 to hold it. After much debate I agreed, as I did like the vehicle. All statements were that I would get the $500 back if I do or don't buy the vehicle. I approved the $500 and they took $515. Walked into my bank and was told that it is illegal to mandatory upsell that coverage to me. I called the salesman and asked for an updated buyer sheet without the coverage. Final answer was it was an "addendum" and not illegal and they will not remove it. Asked for my $515 back and was told them would. This happened today so I'm still waiting for refund. Will dispute with my Apple card and looking to file with FTC and ******************Review from Jad A

We purchased a truck on January 20th . two weeks after purchasing the truck the upper ball joint broke and left us stranded in the middle of the highway until we could be towed. After being in the shop they stated that both ball joints were extremely bad. after all said and done the total cost of repairs were over a thousand dollars. I contacted the service department and they offered no help or remorse for this. The check engine light came on also. I had that checked and It showed that the check engine light was cleared back in early January. (Before we purchased the truck) The check engine light showed that there were several glow plugs and oxygen sensors that were needed to be replaced. after two weeks of trying to get an answer from service (no response and no help) I noticed that the truck would not keep a proper alignment. The truck was then sent back to the shop and it was determined that the truck need some extensive work done to the front end of the truck. The total estimate for the check engine light repairs and front end repairs were $3200. I have since sent emails and called for someone to respond to me but it is not working. The salesman that sold us the truck has since quit and left so we cant get to him also. I also had to replace a 4 year old battery that was $250. I know and understand I bought a used vehicle but I have proof that everything included in all of these repairs were an issue while the truck was still at the dealership.Review from Anderson W

March 4, 2024. I am writing this summarization due to Hanna Imports' poor customer service and lack of knowledge regarding my Porsche Macan transfer case failure. On March 4th, 2024, I was experiencing a slight vibration when starting to accelerate from a stop. I reached out to my local Porsche dealership because my extended warranty purchased from Hanna Imports was voided after ****** miles and my milage on the car was ******. During their diagnostic, they found the transfer case output shaft seal was leaking and transfer case failure. According to *******, the output shaft seal did not cause the failure and the transfer case failure is quite common with these models, so much so that Porsche *** extended the transfer case warranty for 7 more years. Unfortunately, my car did not meet the allotted time for warranty replacement. A Car Shield claim was started. My car was delivered to Hanna Imports on 6/19/22. Instead of replacing the transfer case, Hanna imports decided to replace the output seal only. NO ONE from the service center reached out to Porsche *** or had any knowledge of the Porsche transfer case extended warranty. The transfer case was under the extended warranty from Porsche. My transfer case should have been replaced under Porsche warranty, but Hanna Import decided to replace the seals only. Why didnt Hanna Import know about the extended transfer case warranty and did thy receive Porsche update bulletins? Going back to the leak found by Porsche and what they found was a seal that was not placed correctly during the placement process which damaged the seal that caused it to leak prematurely. This seal leak was found with only ****** miles since the replacement. Although my original seal lasted over ****** miles. I did not ask Hanna Imports to cover the transfer case, I only asked them to refund the cost of the outflow seal with labor which was around $1,100. They refused.************************Review from Ryan F

I purchased a 2021 **** from this dealer. After seeing the advertised price online I visited the lot, test drove the car, and decided to make the purchase. I was informed that they had a "Hanna Advantage" option that was on the car for $995. Upon my inquiring about what that was I was informed that it was a paint protection, interior protection, and LoJack ******************** I kindly declined the "Option". ---This is where things went south---. I was quickly informed that the "Hanna Advantage" option could not be declined. The "option" was not "optional". They claimed that this is something they put on every car on the lot. I argued that the pricing on the website was not clear that it would be nearly $1000 more than advertised. after much heated discussion, I was denied any relief. I chose to purchase the car anyway but I demanded that the LoJack device be removed from my car before I would take possession. While I do not have an issue with dealers adding these type of items before they sell a car, I do take great issue with them advertising the car without this mandatory fee in the advertised pricing. I believe this is a particularly shady business practice and predatory of their customers.I would not consider purchasing another car from this dealer for this reason alone.Let me be clear, my sales rep ****** was absolutely great. ******* he appeared embarrassed that his manager and the company where not making any accommodations at all. I should also be clear that this added "Hanna Advantage" was in addition to the "Dealer processing fee" that we have all become accustom to with car dealers.Review from andre g

The Hanna Advantage 5 year plan is forced on their customers. It cost **** hundred. It should not be apart of the finance. Its an add on service. The customer should have the right to decline the 5 year plan. I was dupe into the **** discount. They do not discount the vehicle at the point of sale. They put the Hanna Imports license plate holder on my car to advertise their store. I will be taking it off because I do not want anyone else getting burnt when they buy a car from Hanna Imports.Review from Craig D

If I had to do it all over again I would have never walked in to Hanna Imports. I let me guard down for a minute and paid the price. They charged me $999 for LoJack that I never asked for. They did not take off the $1000 they were supposed to because I financed through them. The finance guy was a jerk.My goal with this review is to keep people from making the same mistakes I did. Don't go here. This is why car dealerships get a bad name. If I had to do it all again, I would have walked right out of that dealership, Heed my warning, save yourself from heartache.Review from Dirul-Islam H

30 day exchange policy a scam and deception. I purchased a 2018 ***** accord sport from Hanna and was bamboozled into thinking I had the comfort of their 30 day exchange no hassle policy thats written all over the place and that their salesmen and management promote during sale and purchase. I gave a $7,000.00 deposit cash at purchase. A week later all the lights to check everything in the car came on. Bright the car back to Hanna only to be told it was a hitch and they reset it ( not repaired it, but reset it) when I asked for the exchange policy to be enacted based on my hearing a reset which means the problem would reoccur they claimed the lender would not be able to do the exchange policy without additional $3,000.00 being applied out Ms having a co-signer. My issue with that is that the exchange policy is not the lenders its ( Hanna imports policy) . Hanna then offered me $3,000.00 and they would buy the car back from me., I just handed them $7,000.00 and they offered me $3,000.00 back a week later for a malfunctioning vehicle and a policy that they have no intention of honoring themselves unless the lender agrees which they should not promote if they cant honor it. Im now currently going through the struggles of trying to resolve this issue with them and stuck with a car that I was falsely told I could return that appears to be a car that will continue having this issue until its actually repaired all while taking care of an 80 year old hospice father and a special needs 16 year old.Review from John C
