**'s supervisor, **(, is refusing to cancel the GAP Coverage due to this review posted on ******, even after I told them I would remove the review if they proceeded with the cancellation of the GAP.
I contacted the warranty company who states Capital Motors is required to cancel the GAP coverage within 30 days. After explaining the situation regarding misrepresentation, they said with or without Capital Motors completing their portion of the cancellation they will be cancelling the GAP coverage due to misrepresentation/fraud.
Don't shop here, take your hard earned money to a legitimate business that does not take advantage of their customer base. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to.

We came knowing exactly the vehicle we wanted. ** approached us after we pulled in and was great, he had excellent costumer service.
The guy who ran our financing, ******, was shady. He said we needed a GAP insurance. I very specifically asked him if the bank required it which he said yes because they want to cover their liability.
Unfortunately, at the time I wasn't educated enough to know that it wasn't required due to the purchase price being less than what the car is worth. The GAP insurance was provided by a third party, not the bank.
4 days and 200 miles later the car breaks down after they say it's in good running order. We spent $900 on GAP insurance that wasn't needed (that we now have to go through the hassle of canceling) on top of repairing the vehicle.
