If I could, I would Leave this company 0 stars! Do not buy from this company! I purchased a tanning bed in 2018 from this company. This makes my bed 6 years old. I called this company because this is where I purchased the bed and gave her (*****) the make and model number to get new shocks for my bed. She said that they no longer have those shocks but might have something that works. She sends them. They do not work and she tells me its trial and error until we find ones that work. So now I have 3 sets that do not work and they do not have anything that will work on a 6 year old bed that THEY sold me. So frustrating! But to top that off.i paid $79.95 for the first set of shocks. Since then she sent me 2 more pairs of shocks and now expects me to ship all 3 sets of shocks back that do not work and will only reimburse me $60. Its probably going to cost more than that to ship them back. ***** has been very rude throughout this whole process! That should have been a red flag, I guess! I shouldnt have to pay for their mistakes!

The bed I received in November 2021 is NOT the bed I ordered as pictured online. Was supposed to have a facial tanner, it doesnt. Suppose to be a 20 minute bed, it's a 15. I lay in it every other day for the last 3 monthes, as well as periodically since i got it. I barely have a base tan. The ad is misleading as for the immediate tanning results. I spoke with "*****" on May 9, 2022 to express my problem. She told me the ad was misleading as well, and I should order different bulbs (although i got the upgraded ones when i ordered it supposedly). She sent me a price for 2 sets a day later. I responded on which ones i should get, no response. Im paying over $4,000 for this thing. LIARS.

Do not buy through this company! They took out money before I even signed the agreement. I should've stopped it then but tried to give them a chance. I gave them all the info they needed only to have them constantly ask me for the same thing over again. I finally had enough and told "*****" to cancel. He let me know with a smart attitude that they make pretty much all the tanning beds in America and the same finance company is used. I waited on my refund and it never showed. Luckily I filed a dispute and won my case but...it took 3 months to get my money.

Please stay away from them. They are also known as wolfftanning.

Beware, do not order through this company. As fast as they take your money, they will beat around the bush on when you will be receiving your order. I spent over $2600 with this company only to have them change the delivery date three times, and now no contact back. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges since I have yet to get my order. I ordered late May 2021, and now it's middle of August, and they have not contacted me back about my order status.

I purchased a tanning bed from this website on April 11th. I contacted them via email and phone on May 11th. I was told via email, "with high shipping and production volumes from COVID restrictions this past year, production is approx. 6-8 weeks from order date". I received a call back on said date, from sales rep stating my production order was 3 weeks out. I contacted via email customer service on June 14th. No reply. I contacted them via phone on June 15th and left voicemail. I also contacted them via email through customer service on said date. Per their website, when you select the tanning bed your interspersed in, it states shipping is 6-10 business days from order. This is FALSE information. No disclaimer anywhere on their website states "with high shipping and production volumes from COVID restrictions this past year, production is approx. 6-8 weeks from order date". If this disclaimer was posted on the website, I guarantee this would let a customer know what to expect. Instead, the have FALSE information on their website. Including their phone number. I know if I would have known this information from their website about how long it would take to receive the order, I would definitely have not placed an order with this company. Instead, you place the order under false advertisement and they IMMEDIATELY take your money and then, you can't reach them or get honest information from them. I have never dealt with a company who operates this way. They should defintely be out of business. I do not believe, per their website, you should have to pay 20% for cancellation or refund due to FALSE information when you haven't even received the item. Too bad you can't put "0" stars as a rating.

I ordered my bed on March 31st. On the website it states it will ship out within 7-10 days, of course that is when you are purchasing. I still have not received my bed or been contacted about shipping out. Every deadline that they have set when I get ahold of someone has come and gone and I have had to contact them each time. You would think that spending $2500 on an item would ensure that the company would want to stay in touch with you. I have now read countless bad reviews and seen where the company will charge you 20% if you cancel. How can that be when the first advertisement was not accurate to purchase. Someone should look into the practices here.
