              Double charged for the software. Have attempted many times to converse via voice email and website to no avail. Will not return calls or emails. Just trying to get my double charge fee reduced to single charge.

              MTU.com ************ sells complete Karaoke laptops and all the software you need to run a karaoke show. The software is not bad and I have been supporting it for years for a friend that has a bar that runs karaoke on the weekend. But don't ever try to get in touch with this company! I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks now email, chat, called, text and even opened a case on there site. I even tried calling there sales number! NOTHING!! Once I got an email asking how they could help me but after asking for my install key to be reset on the copy I purchased only about a month ago I never heard back! So If you are in the market for a karaoke PC and Software I would definitely NOT recommend MTU.COM. I have been looking around for other karaoke software, because even though I just bought a copy of the software if I cant reinstall in back on the same computer it is worthless to me. There are some really cool software options out there some even let your guests pick there songs and submit them to the ** from there smart phone. So happy shopping and remember stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM MTU.COM!
