Raleigh Roofers - what a ripoff! We had a leak in our garage roof. The owner's son came out and quoted a job that sounded quite complex. He offered to fix the leak it and clean our gutters for $1,300.00. We agreed. He showed up with his assistant who spoke no English and did most of the work this afternoon. He rang the doorbell an hour later, handed us his bill for $1,300.00 and when I told him that he had just worked for an hour. He got mad and told us he didn't work by the hour, but by the job. The job was considerably less difficult than he described it when he quoted it. We paid him his money, but told him we would never do any business with him again. He misrepresented the labor and materials necessary for the job. AVOID Raleigh Roofers.Review from Joseph P

RR make you sign a contract that says the roof and all flashing is covered including chimney flashing but in fine print it says certain flashing is not covered, that flashing being flashing on the downhill side of the chimney and it says that if you need this flashing (and you do) that you agree to pay $300 for that flashing which is a piece of aluminum 6 inches wide and 24 inches long, that can be bought at ***** for $2.79 and can be installed in less than 2 minutes and here you are, needing that flashing, **************** comes to a halt and you either pay the $300 or the project stops, they have you over a barrel and they know it, they are crooked and sly and are out for additional money and they wont complete the job until you agree to give them the money and a great online review, BEWARE, the contract has many items that they weasel you out of additional money, the people that actually do the work are contractors from out of state, you work hard for your money, dont be ripped off, I know, they got me.Review from Bobby C

Raleigh Roofers has done a wonderful job replacing my mother's gutter. I am very happy to have such a skilled team for mom sewer replacement. ******* was referred to me by my friend who was very satisfied with the work he had done on the roof. He arrived on time, and inspected the roof, found my roof problem, offered a solution, and completed the work efficiently at very low cost. The communication with ******* about the whole work was great. I can be very happy with the Raleigh Roofers company and will definitely use them again and send them to my friends.

Raleigh Roofers recently installed a new gutter for my home, I can't recommend them enough !! The general surprise was that the gutter were set up when they provided a quote until the work was finished. They were extremely professional, humble, considerate and honest. The two guys who did the installation were so kind and patient with all my questions and the gutters looked great!Review from Brianna K

I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the ease of talking to all the staff in the office. ******* completed the work in two days as promised. The crew did a great job repairing my gutters and roofing and at the end of the day they cleaned everything. You never knew they were there. My husband & I are so pleased with the results of our roof cleaning by Raleigh Roofers. Our shingles are 20 years old & were badly stained. After the cleaning, the stains were removed & the shingles almost look like new. This has made such a difference to the appearance of the roof & house. The crew was polite, respectful & very professional. The price was very reasonable & was money well spent to preserve the shingles until they need to be replaced. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to clean stained shingles & have a beautiful roof again.Review from Alcides C

I needed to get my roof replaced and gutters installed. I received many references and narrowed the search to 3 contractors and ended up selecting Raleigh Roofers for their competence, reasonable price, and what I perceived to be a customer-friendly attitude. I was not disappointed. The roof looks great with the new architectural style and the gutters which are slightly larger than the original gutters. I also appreciated the excellent communications with their scheduler as we dealt with some weather-related scheduling changes. They are definitely recommended.Review from Stacey A

I had an amazing experience working with *******. He was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and detailed in the job I outsourced to have my roof tuned up. Following his detailed inspection, he explained step by step the issues at hand and what would be done to repair them. Even better was a vast array of photos to support his inspection and completed work. I highly recommend this business and will be contacting them for my future roofing/gutter needs! Job well done and Thanks a million *******!

He repaired my roof and observed that I had a rotted fascia board and gutter on the other side of my house, they made it clean. He gave me a very reasonable price, actually came one day early and did an excellent job.
