9/2- checkin to hotel, they advise two reservations. they charge us both for the same room but had advised in the email that if added a spa, it would be a 100.00 that is what the spa stated too. we get there and I have another reservation with me on for over 1500.00. 9/2 they advise they charge me to sleep in my husband room/ that i pay per package not room. they had a separate reservation that had additional charges I had never seen. I paid a deposit in april for 2 people as they advised but yet they had one person on reservation. they told me we had a special, ****** **** package but no shown discount. when we weren't going to check in the manager advise they would remove the room rate for me so that it was inline with what we were told. this never happened. we got a call from ***** ***** told us not to cancel services but we never received the refund. we were charged over 1400 more then what was original quoted of 1900.00 but then add the spa would be about 2400.00. you can see those two charges as if two different parties were checking in.
