      Claims to send invoices for dues, never receive, log into website never shows any amount due. Then once there are fees accrued "all of a sudden" I start getting collection letters. Tried speaking to them, hung up on twice by customer service, claims I was yelling (I had them on speaker phone and was certainly not yelling) offered to yell for them to show difference and they hung up. Called back to ask for manager, s/w ******* "collections" manager, she continually spoke over me, Very rude, when I advised her she should let me speak, she said "I'm sorry you're having a bad day", Then told me to call back when feeling better and hung up. Wow, can they be anymore rude? The just kept repeating invs were mailed, can only do auto pay via bank account. Absolutely no way I'm giving these people my bank information. I will be working very hard to remove them as our POA mgmt company.

      If there was a way to rate this company with no starts, that's what I would give them. How does a company like this exist when they do nothing. I've been waiting over two weeks for someone to replace the siding on my house or at least call me to get an update on the progress. All I got was an email saying that they called a repair service to come and fix it, but I never heard from anyone. If they helped their customers as well as they collected their fees we would have any issues. They get paid to send other people to do the work that their responsible for.Here's a secret people......WE DONT NEED THEM.....!

      I want to qualify they have usually been very responsive, and very eager to keep us informed about repairs in our community. Most importantly, people moving into a CAS, *** managed community need to be aware their payment site does not display dues currently owed anywhere, which has been a unique experience to this HOA. You can see if you've made a payment, but not: when a payment is due, how much a payment is, or what penalties will be applied for payments one literally cannot be informed are late per their site.We live in a property managed by CAS, *** that we put on the market in October. Over the spring and summer, we made them aware stairs to our building lot were in desperate need if replacement, as well as pointing out issues with water pooling around the foundation. Regarding the pooling, they stayed there was not much that could be done, in spite of redoing drainage around other buildings in our complex. Last Monday they had someone out that blocked off and partially tore down one of the two sets of stairs. It was a great start. It's been more than a week, and the demolition trash is still there with no update, and no idea if or when the repairs will be done.They are friendly and responsive, but dismissive of serious issues while also making unavailable the key information to make sure they get the correct amount of dues on the correct date. I have never seen another payment site with no "Amount Due" line, nor a "Pay By" date.

      The *** is requiring all cars be parked in marked parking spots, but there arent any available most of the time, theres 10+ cars that HAVE to park on the sidewalks. there is nowhere we can park, and theyre telling us well get towed.They know they dont have enough parking, so they signed a deal with a local scam tow company to make money.If they dont have parking available, it should be illegal for us to be towed. Very poor planning.

      CAS hands down has been the best property management group that has ever run our association. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably price for the services they offer. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent company!!!

      This property management company is a joke, and delays repairs far beyond what may be considered reasonable. I have had water leak issues coming from my upstairs neighbor for months, beginning with raw, untreated human waste water overflowing from the upstairs units toilet and into my apartment. Then, on 2/17/22 we had a cascade of water pouring into my master bedroom due to a damaged/unattached drain pan/pipe right above my restroom. They verified the leak, and said it would require professional repair and would be handled quickly. Now, almost a week later I have heard nothing from the office and I continue to have water pour into my master bedroom, master bathroom, and now another bedroom in the unit as water follows the AC ductwork from one room to the other since everything routes by the leak. I have heard nothing from maintenance or management about this issue, but the stagnant water in my ceiling and the gaping hole is now becoming a breeding ground for roaches and pests...

      How in the hell is this place still allowed to be in charge of running HOA's for communities? We EACH pay 280 per MONTH with nothing done around our little community. I've heard most places pay 280 a year. What is the difference? Why do we pay so much but we do not have anything done (gardens look like ****, roads are broken and need repairs, roofs need fixing, leaves are literally everywhere).
      I've been a fight with the HOA and lawyers office the past several months over the "payment portal" and how it continues to say 0 dollars due per month. They told me I am NOT the only one who has had this problem and that it just a portal to pay your 280 a month to. Whether or not it says money is due.
      Why has this portal not been fixed? Because they make more money from it. Regardless of who it confuses or who the money comes from.
      I asked about joining the board to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and they said they only do elections every two years and that they do not have any availability right now. They left it at that and said have a great day.
      I plan to pay all of this on the 16th. But I wanted to share my story so that you all know. They might not being doing anything around here beside dumping mulch and asking us to spread it, but they expect us to stay on top of it and charge us if we don't or if we question their methods.
