              I am a member of an HOA that is managed by CAS. When I have an account balance, ********************** sends a letter saying here is the account balance of x, and that it may include late fees. From the letter I can not tell what the amount is for, am I not paying the correct amount, am I paying late, is it late fees on late fees. It also is not clear what amount I need to pay by x date to not have a balance from a late fee incurred between when the letter is sent and when my payment is received. I believe the letters are not proper bills and are deceptive. CAS should be required to send a bill saying this amount is due by x date or there will be additional late fees.

              If there was a way to rate this company with no starts, that's what I would give them. How does a company like this exist when they do nothing. I've been waiting over two weeks for someone to replace the siding on my house or at least call me to get an update on the progress. All I got was an email saying that they called a repair service to come and fix it, but I never heard from anyone. If they helped their customers as well as they collected their fees we would have any issues. They get paid to send other people to do the work that their responsible for.Here's a secret people......WE DONT NEED THEM.....!
