All they are about is making money. And they do not submit to the insurance company properly. Per my insurance company. ******** was not even billed per my statement. And I was never contacted back for a response to the test that they sent me to get. You would think they would care about their patients like they claim. Parking is terrible too at the ******* location. They also charged me twice for the co-payment. I had requested by phone that they resubmit the charges again. I had only received one bill from them and then they sent me another bill ************************************ collections now. You would think that a professional doctors office would follow up with their patients on not only billing issues but most importantly the patient care.Review from A

The customer service at the Raleigh location is practically non-existent until you interact with the doctors or nurses. Front staff at that location seem to just look at you as a paycheck or a number to check off of a list. I was stuck downstairs for an hour waiting for help since the elevator was out and I was in a wheelchair. I got more assistance from other clients and another location than the front office staff at this one. I could have gone around to use the ramp at a different entrance, but no one ever even offered me the help. I will be going to a different location now simply because of the horrible service the front staff gave me. Maybe after this review they'll finally let me talk to my doctor on the phone since they wouldn't even alert him on what was going on.
