Excellent service. Arrived on time. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Super courteous. I dont know ***** personally, but clean cut/polite and I felt comfortable with him around my wife and daughters. Good guy. And he fixed our two major plumbing problems in an hour. Impressed. Cant remember the last time I paid for repairs of anything and was pleased.Review from Mark C

I had Ben Franklin Plumbing come out to give me an estimate on replacing a 15 y/o tankless hot water heater. The technician asked me some questions and checked the heater. The tech asked me why i wanted to replace the tankless heater. i told him the reason and he asked when was the last time the water heater was cleaned. i think it was 14 years ago while in warranty. He suggested since the water heater worked **** percent of the time why don't we clean it before replacing it. i appreciated his truthfulness and his suggestion. He could have given me the replacement estimate and went on his way but he did not. I asked if he could clean the heater today. He cleaned the water heater and saved me more than $1200.00. Today' business atmosphere is take the money and run do as little as possible with as few parts as possible and charge a lot of money. What i found was good old honesty in business. Today was the second time in a month that we had to call on Ben ********************** for plumbing help. A few weeks ago they came out ASAP to replace our 40 year old hot water heater and did so in just a few hours. We were amazed. They told ** to call any time and then we had to do just that. We noticed water leaking under our kitchen sink and they came on time with excellent text and email alerts to their arrival with a picture and bio of their plumber. Their plumber/technician arrived, assessed the problem which was twofold, and replaced the garbage disposal and hose to the sprayer - all from supplies that he carries in his well-supplied truck. We are so thrilled with *** ********************** and their technician and we will always call them for all of our plumbing needs. ********************* and his partner arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were ready to go to work. They carefully listened to us describe our plumbing issue, investigated the problem, and quickly came up with a resolution. Within an hour, our plumbing issue had been resolved. Our relationship with Benjamin Franklin plumbing began five years ago when they moved our septic system and has continued to be our go to for all plumbing needs big and small.Review from Dale E
