****** came to install a new water heater. He was outstanding. Job well done, clean and very professional. He did explain every step, including a request to install a PRV, which my house did not have. I did request to increase the water pressure and he did it with no problem by going in the crawl space again...

The small HVAC company we've used for years is in the process of moving out of the area, so when our heat pump stopped working in the recent ice storm, they recommended we contact Bolton. I called Bolton about 8:00 am the next day (Monday) and a technician was here by 9:00. Our tech, *****, methodically diagnosed the problem and we had heat by 11:30. Bolton was quick to respond to our situation, and ***** was exceptionally qualified, courteous and professional.
