This company describes the product I purchase as for "moderate incontinence" and "holds up to 10oz". The description for any traditional adult diaper with similar absorbency specs is described the same way, including the ones we were using prior to these. The only difference is, they don't leak all over your pants causing potential embarrassment, infection, and skin breakdown, like these do. In fact we've used many brands and styles of adult diapers over the 6 years I've been caring for my father, all described as for moderate incontinence, and we've never had a leak through. Until these. My father occasionally has an accident waiting for me to get him up to go to the toilet, I would estimate 1-2oz at most, it's typically not even enough to change the "wet" line on a traditional diaper. This should still be well within their poorly defined specs, however the two times he had such an accident, both leaked through to his pants. As a test, based on their description of holding 10oz, I slowly poured 4 oz of water onto the pad. It pooled up, didn't absorb, and when any small amount of pressure is applied (like a person who is seated on their bottom), it leaks everywhere. Only after I raised my concerns, was it explained to me that these only hold 10 oz, 1 oz at a time over the course of the day. If I knew that, I would not have purchased them. They're not for moderate incontinence, I'd say they're for mild stress incontinence at best. The company's scam of a return policy is the real problem. They'd like you to only use 1 pair until you know you like them. So I should do a load of laundry daily, for 1 pair of underwear, wasting water and electric, until we've had time to evaluate the product. Which with my dad having 1 maybe 2 accidents a month, would take weeks.... As If I don't have anything else to do as a full time caregiver of a disabled adult. If they stand by their product and their description then they would have no problem accepting returns

We are sorry these didn't work for your father.  We have the most customer friendly return policy there is.  For all people reading this.  Our return policy allows you to use a pair of our underwear (intended for urinary incontinence).  If you don't like the fit, absorbency as our customer above didn't care for or any other reason imaginable we will give you your money back no questions asked or replace the pair for another size or style no questions asked. 

In response to the above customer we would have gladly refunded or sent a new pair back.  But no we do not want the used underwear back for sanitary purposes.
