Extremely unprofessional and poorly organized. Their work was inconsistent and sloppy. Customer service was very uneducated and a nightmare to work with. More expensive than other local companies. We wish we had chosen a bbb accredited company instead of cut-rite. Lesson learned.

This is a false review by past customer's trying to tarnish our naming with false reviews.

I fired the ********* in May of 2021 due to aggressive behavior from his Wife ***** and lies made against my crew by *****.

They would require us to call or text an hour before arrival to open the gate for security reasons, which we had no problems doing. However, they would continuously have our crews waiting outside the gate for over 30 minutes to get access to the property. The last visit we conducted before letting them go was due to them having our crew waiting 45 minutes with no response from either ***** or *****. It was the end of the day so the crew left the property and went home and were going to return the next day. They didn't want to wait for our return so the husband ***** took it upon himself to mow the lawn at 1.5 inches severely scalping the lawn. When we told him we couldn't fix the damage caused by him until the turf grew in ***** got upset. His wife ***** then emailed stating ***** was upset becuase we left the property in bad shape. I emailed back stating ***** talked to our crew leader when he was on-site and we told him we couldn't fix the damage he caused. She then emailed back stating no one spoke to ***** and the nerve we had to blame him and we disrespeced her husband and then said " We didn't fix if because we were lazy ** " and had sub par southern work ethic ( we have this in an email ) . If we never spoke to ***** we wouldn't have known he damaged the lawn, we have a copy of his email admitting to the damage he caused.

She then stated she was glad we dropped them because we disrespected her husband and have incompetent men working for us. We end the relationship and move forward.

Fast forward to December 2021, we get an alert for a negative ****** review:

In *****'s first false review under the name " Love and Life " she left this review in December stating they fired us over a year ago after having problems for years with continued sloppy work and being over priced and having lack of customer service and being defensive if we got negative criticism.

We have serviced 3 properties for them over the years. One in ******************************** and some of them having no contact or service for months inbetween the multiple properties. If they were unhappy with our overpriced sloppy work why would they continue to call us over the years and for different properties. Some of them were a couple hundred dollars a month to the $47.50 per visit they were paying at the last home. They had zero issues or complaints about cost or services conducted until we let them

I knew as soon as I seen the negative review who it was. I don't have upset customers as I work hard to handle any situations that may come up, of course you can have situations were a client might not be a good fit but we have always parted ways on a good note as I take it personal if a customer is upset with me or my crews and the work they do.

When we reached out to ***** ******** to ask why ***** would write a malicious negative review 8 months after we let them go, ***** said " well if that's how she feels it's how she feels " but he would talk to her and ask.

After our phone call with ***** ( which was calm and polite ) we nasty email after email from ***** calling us liars and saying we are mental, and have issues and threatened us saying we messed with the wrong person. All of these are in emails.

I told them if they continue to write false negative reviews I would contact our lawyer to send papers for defamation among others. *****s response was go ahead a send your papers I'll just have my have my lawyer send a letter back.

They are both posting lies, false facts and information in an attempt to tarnish my name and my company because we let them go.

I'm shocked they would lie like this. I think we need to take this to court. Everything we stated is true. We are being honest about our experience because that is the purpose of reviews. We are prepared to take a lie detector test if necessary proving my statements are true. We are not trying to tarnish their company, they are doing that all on their own.

After we left the ****** review, they called me and tried to bully me and my wife to remove it. They threatened to take us to court, but we aren't doing anything wrong. They are lashing out at me because their business is failing and my review explains why. Please call me or my wife if you would like to discuss this further. We have recordings and video.

I'm not sure your need to continue to lie knowing I have emails that contradict everything your saying. We never tried to bully you into removing the review. We called asking why your wife would feel the need to leave a negative review 8 months after we let you go. You said the timing is definitely off but if thats how she felt its how she felt but you would talk to her when she got home.

We never mentioned court until your wife sent a slew of nasty, threating emails to us.

Her continued emails stating how crazy, mental and unstable we are and how she feels sorry for us that we can't handle the truth. Just proves her obsession with tarnishing our company.

You then claim we're lashing out on you because our business is failing and this is why, your the one's who keeps sending email's making threats, and lying. Your continued efforts to doxx my company online is a chargeable offense and I would rethink your comments.

I replied to your comment on BBB with clear facts that I have documented in email's between you and *****. After I left my reply to your BBB review, ***** took it upon herself to send 7 emails back to back claiming we're lying, that she was just being honest in her reviews and we can't handle the truth. Even going as far as to reference a negative review from a guy who never even worked with us. She then stated in her email that she was nothing but positive and polite towards me, and wanted us to succeed!!!! I wish I could post the emails here to show how misleading you really are.

Her last email sent went as far as saying if we apologize and edit our responses she will do the same. Who's trying to bully who here!

We have asked to be left alone, to stop lying and Making things up.

I will state it again, leave me alone, stop emailing me, stop harassing me.

If you leave a false negative review, I will reply with the facts the same as I have here and on goggle.

Emails don't lie and I hope this is the last time I have to respond to a malicious review, comment. Please tell your wife to stop harassing me via email.
