I cannot say enough about ARCO and their efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous employee team members through all phases of solving our water damage project. ***** and **** were so informative (as others) but these 2 kept us updated on a regular basis regarding our water leak. When our project is complete, we are sure it will be 100% back to normal. We would recommend ARCO for any project you need.

My insurance company utilizes Arco for estimates. I elected to go with them for repairs after my insurance company asked. There were issues immediately with low estimates and miscalculated material costs. Because of that my insurance company has had to issue multiple checks, costing me both time and money.In terms of the actual work, roof flashing was skipped entirely upon roof replacement, later identified as a flooding hazard. Also, the roofing shingles were supposed to be Dark Gray and they were installed Light to Medium Gray. I could probably have pushed the problem but decided against it.For ceiling damage, the worker subcontractors interpreted the work as painting only even though the estimates stated sheet rock replacement, so that had to be rescheduled. For another ceiling on the 2nd floor, after the work was finished, there were scuffs and small dents and the project manager accused me of fabricating the damage.Lastly, one window screen was not installed flush with the window and was later corrected. It has been a full year and works remain incomplete.Arco Restoration Response

ARCO Restoration boarded up an exterior door for me after a Christmas Day break-in and burglary. I was understandably very upset after this incident and trusted that ARCO was a reputable and honest company. Instead, ARCO had me sign paperwork without discussing pricing and said that they would go through my insurance company. At the end of all this, I received an unexpected bill for nearly $500. Think twice before engaging in any business with ARCO. They took advantage of me during a vulnerable situation and failed to provide and clear and upfront pricing information. I absolutely cannot recommend ARCO to anyone. Their behavior was unacceptable, dishonest, unprofessional and predatory. Please choose another restoration company that values honest, transparency and professionalism. That is NOT ARCO.Review from Lynda P

ARCO came in after the original restoration company said they had too much work to help us. ARCO contacted us, sent estimators, and a Project Manager within a week. The workeres started soon after and completed demolition, replacements, and trim with paint in 3 days. The workers worked hard, were friendly and honest. ARCO has my complete support and recommendation. I will definitely call them if another need arises.Arco Restoration Response

Arco was referred to me by my insurance company, though I have used their services in the past. They were incredibly responsive and quick with the estimate, getting the info to the insurance company, and scheduling and completing the work. It was done on time and done exceptionally well. We had leaking underneath our sink that damaged our floors and compromised the insulation down in our crawl space. ARCO was able to see me within a few hours of when I called and they performed water damage mitigation services that very same day. All of the people I dealt with were very professional and understood how to dry everything up and avoid mold growth. Our house flooded in February 2022. Called the insurance co. to report the incident around 1 in the morning and and two men from Arco were at our house to begin working by round 3 AM. We could not believe the level of service. We stayed with ARCO for all the remaining repairs which took a total of 6-7weeks. All Arco employees as well as subcontractors were excellent. Friendly, professional, always keeping us up to date on what to expect and meeting all deadlines. Project manager ***** ****** was excellent. Called us almost daily to tell us what work had been, what be be done over the next few and when they would finish.
Can recommend ARCO without qualification.

These guys were the best! I rarely do reviews, but they earned it. The kindest team ever, very communicative, and they went the extra mile for us by leaving in our sink and stove top so our kitchen would be functional while we wait on cabinets and new flooring. We enjoyed having them around despite our home being disheveled. I will be giving their info out to any friends and family that need it!Review from Shequita B

My expectations were exceeded with the level of care and customer service that my husband and I received from ****, ********, and *****. After dealing with a couple of other companies with whom we weren't satisfied, ARCO was recommended by someone in our neighborhood for water clean-up from a leak in our hot water exhaust tank found in the garage. I was very pleased with the level of care that they took to leave nothing behind for us to clean up, and leave as little for us to repair after their job was done as possible. More than anything, I was pleased with the level of kindness that was displayed during personal conversation, and even while answering any questions that I had for them. Job well done from beginning to end.
