              10/11/20, I purchased a counter height dining room set over the phone I had previously seen at the ************ store while in ************ NC visiting friends. Picked up the furniture Oct 24, 2020. Once we got home and my husband proceeded to assemble the furniture, we ran into a problem with a screw not going all the way into the leg of one chair. It would only screw in a little so that chair could not be assembled. Contacted the store immediately and was told they requested a new leg and hardware from the manufacturer. It's now May 2021 and that was 7 months ago and still have not received the leg and hardware. I asked for a refund of the chair that I can't use and was told no they will not give me a refund. I was told due to covid there was a delay and another time it would be shipped to a furniture store in ************** near me and still no hardware or replacement leg. I would like a refund of the cost of the chair or the replacement leg and hardware.
