I recently made the trip to Agri Supply in Monroe to purchase a stand for a stew pot. When I returned home, I realized that the stand was accidently marked incorrectly and would not fit my pot. I emailed customer service and was then quickly contacted by a gentleman named ******. ****** went above and beyond to make things right. I HIGHLY recommend Agri Supply and their team. I will definitely make further purchases with them.Review from David W

If possible, I would give a "negative" 5 stars. BUYER BEWARE. I was shipped a VERY used part and was on hold forever to explain the situation. Was told they could not email a return label but would MAIL one. A full week later the label showed up. Tracking shows it was delivered to them three weeks ago, still no credit to my account. A continual hassle. As of now I am out $189.99 with apparently little hope of getting a credit. Who ever is running the show over there is failing and probably CAN'T be fired. HORRIBLE everything. I regret ever dealing with this company

"We shipped an item to Mr. ******** that had obviously been used. Mr. ******** returned the item and it arrived at our fulfillment center on July 23 and to this date (August 3) he has not received credit. Obviously we failed in providing any form of customer service; no excuses. We do thank Mr. ******** for letting us know about this so we can investigate and prevent it from happening again. I purchased a part for my tractor and it turned out to be the wrong part. The web site says free return but i still had to pay for the return item. I emailed them before i did the and they said yes my refund will include the shipping. Well all i got back was the refund for the part, so i went in the hole 40 dollars for something they said they would cover all of the return including shipping. Never or ever will i buy from them again.
