******** horrible company and customer service. They pay the search engine so they are at the top, so you think you're dealing with the venue, but instead you are at a reseller selling the passes for $20 more than the venue directly sells them for. Called them within 5 min of realizing they weren't the venue, and after 6 min of trying to get to a real person, I was placed on hold. She took me off hold just as the pass I didn't need dropped into my email, telling me they couldn't refund me per their policy. It's partly my fault for paying attention, but you'd think the venue would be the first hit on a search for it's parking. Avoid these folks at all cost.

I was sold a parking ticket for 9/4/24 ********* Concert in ******* to a parking structure that does not accept 3 party vendors. After hours on the phone with their support team I was informed I was out of luck!!

They charge 4x the face value of an easily obtained tickets. When you try to contact them to cancel order they freeze up chat line delaying your request to cancel before order proceeds. After searching another means of contact their response is generic responses repeated which ultimately state under no circumstances will they cancel or work with you in any way. Your just stuck.

Was nearly scammed by these folks. They appeared at the top of search results and I mistakenly thought I was dealing with the venue. Tickets were $81 each. Thought, well thats pretty high because most shows at this place, that Ive went to in the past were in the $20 - $50 range. Then I noticed the *** was not the venue. I went to the venues actual site and tickets were available for $35 including fees. Bottom line, these folks were trying to charge me more than double for no added value whatsoever. Should be illegal. Disgusting

On 6/18/24 I wanted to buy 5 tickets for the Charlotte ******* baseball game on 7/9/24.I typed Charlotte ******* tickets into the ****** search engine and the browser replied with:Charlotte ******* 2024 Tickets - 2024 ********************************* Get Tickets for Any Minor **************** See It Live! Order Securely Online Today. Charlotte ******* 2024 Game Tickets.This looked like the link to the Charlotte ******* website, but it was a link to www.gotickets.com It appeared to be the Charlotte ******* website, but it was not.They sold me $39 tickets for $45, a 15% markup. Much worse they charged $15.78 per ticket in fees vs. $3 that the ******* charge, a 526% markup.Immediately, after placing the order and receiving an email from GoTickets I realized that I was not dealing with the Charlotte ******* but a deceptive ticket company which charged outrageous fees. That same day, 6/19/24, I entered into a chat session with GoTickets and said I wanted to cancel the order. They refused saying all sales were final.I disputed the charge with my credit card company but they sided with their merchant.26% of the views for GoTicket are 1 star reviews on ******************************************************** A reviewer, **********, had the same experience I did:I purchased two tickets for a minor league baseball game thru this company. These fees should have been displayed beforehand. I would never have made the purchase. This company in-theory can charge any amount they want. Bad business.... don't use them. I would also have to agree with other folks here who say the five-star reviews are fake, they sure sound fake to me as well. Worst scam on tickets 1 I feel I was scammed ion the price of tickets for the Sphere in ********* but then chaged a $316.00 service fee..that they GoTickets was unable to explain. They told me it was on a page that doesn't exist before the charge was authorized. I feel as if I got scammed and no way to refund tickets. I had no idea buying tickets was such a scam. For a movie at the Sphere it's outrageous! Post card from earth. So it costs $177.00 per person to see in Sphere experience. From GoTickets. Which when I receive my tickets they cam from ticket masters l. So I feel so stupid and scammed.

So I ordered tickets to a twenty one pilots concert back in May. After initially being able to find absolutely no information about this company, I started to feel very worried and reached out to them through their chat. I stated my concern and how I absolutely love this band and would be devastated if I didn't get the tickets. The guy reached out to me within five minutes and tried to reassure me the tickets will be coming and to be patient. I let a day go by and chatted again, only this time I did not get a reply. I sent an email and got one back basically saying the same thing. I decided to accept my fate and wait it out. I received no updates or any communication from them until today 7/12, when I got an email from seat geek telling me someone sent me tickets and I need to accept them. I accept and created an account. I downloaded the seat geek app through the ****** play store and signed. When I went to the my tickets section, they were showing in my account as pending. Overall for me, I think they do need to improve their customer service and have a better ability to reassure their customers. I gave them a 3 star rating because I got the tickets but they just need to work on customer service and working better with their customers. Also their prices are higher than most ticket sites.

Wife ordered tickets on 6/11 thru this website to a local minor league baseball game. The date of the game is 7/11. We were told we would receive the tickets in hand on 7/10. Today (7/8) we found the tickets much cheaper through the baseball teams website. Upon logging into gotickets website, there was an option to return the tickets, which we did. We received a confirmation email telling us that the tickets are not longer valid for admission, they have been returned to the seller and they are no longer in our account. They are now telling us after the fact that all ticket sales are final and there will be no refund provided. This information was absolutely not provided anywhere prior to clicking return, and the return process was extremely quick and easy. Nothing gave me any idea that I would not be getting a refund. Now, the game is in 3 days and I have no tickets, and we are out over $100. This was supposed to be a birthday gift from my wife to me for my 30th. Zero accountability, zero integrity. Absolutely unbelievable. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

I tried to buy ticks from them. The email gave me a link to show that I didnt have any tickets. When I contacted them I was told that I couldnt get a refund because the ticket transfer was confirmed. I sent proof that I never received the tickets and they just kept stating that the transfer was confirmed. This site is a scam!

Ticket prices initially shown were different at check out which I obviously didnt notice. I was ripped off by these ppl and what makes it worse is that the have a no refund policy. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
