    I scheduled a top to bottom deep residential deep clean, to include baseboards and windows for an extra cost, for when I come home from the hospital with my newborn baby. I paid $214.97 up front for the service. I was contacted (text) by the owner and confirmed to get our cleaning for 9:00 am on 1/28/22. I did not know I would be bringing my newborn home on 1/28/22 from the hospital, so I was very grateful to have the cleaning done the same day we were coming home. One female came to begin the cleaning. She got some of our first floor cleaned, then left to complete a different house and did not return until 7pm on 1/28/22. We were arriving home from the hospital at 7:30pm on 1/28/22, so the job was not done for when we got home. She brought someone else back with her to help get the job done, but they still had to come back on 1/29/22 at 12 pm to finish the baseboards and windows and they were supposed to mop our main floor, and did not. They used our cleaning supplies to include paper towels, vacuum, brooms, etc. I called and left a voicemail and texted the owner expressing a desire to speak to someone about the service, while on the way home from the hospital on 1/28/22. I have not received any correspondence from the owners. The job was rushed and not done as thoroughly as they offered on their website. I went to use my vacuum today, and they wrapped the cord so tight (not using the proper storage hooks) that the cord is frayed and it is no longer working properly. We also have other small issues from their cleaning that I would like to bring to their attention. They claim a "5 star experience" and it was the furthest thing from 5 stars. I would like to speak to the owners and express my concerns and dissatisfaction. I would like a refund or compensation for the vacuum and other materials used by the cleaners.

    Very poor cleaning service. Unprofessional, unreliable and very poor quality. Do not hire this company or you will be very sorry.
