I have had two rude experiences with this hair salon. I made an appointment for a master stylist, I have all of the details of what I wanted and confirmed with a phone call that I made to them that I would be there for my appointment, I also confirmed on their txting service. After driving for an hour and a half, arrived at my appointment that I had waited for for three weeks, only to be told that the stylist was no longer availed and I could either reschedule or work with a lower level person. As I had an important meeting the following week I worked with the lower level person. The stylist that I was originally to work with was on the other side of the counter working with another customer 🤔. I thought perhaps it was on over site and the lower level person was actually quite good. Flash forward six months later, I made an appointment with the lower level stylist again had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment. Again confirmed on their text system that I would be there again drove 1.5 hours to get there 10 minutes before my appointment I was told I would have to reschedule or drive an additional 30 minutes to another one of their locations. At this time I was told that they did not have enough time to do what I had scheduled three weeks ago so I offered ti let them do less at which time I was told that they had tried calling me several times doing the week to let me know, however there were no records in my phone to show that they tried to call AND the confirmation txt that came from them arrived two days before my appointment where I confirmed that I would be there😠. Mind you I am a polite and good tipper and my hair is quite easy to manage. Am I to assume that even though it's now 2021, we still have to deal with raciest companies? At this point even if they were to offer a FREE service to make up for their rude unprofessional lack of customer respect, their is NO WAY I would trust them. SHAME ON THEM, SHAME

In March & October the same stylist was available & services were performed that the guest was happy with. Otherwise one appt was scheduled in November & cancelled by the guest. This missed communication is just that, multiple attempts were made to contact this guest prior to the appointment. We have had new front desk staff join our team & accidents do occur with booking appointments. Sometimes more time is needed to perform services, & in this case almost double the time is required. Previously the stylist was able to complete services booked at the end of their shift & stay 45 minutes past their shift; however, that isn't always an option. We strive to be a safe place for everyone, & regardless of race, age, gender, etc sometimes appointments do have to be modified to ensure sufficient timing.
