At this point its their word against mine, I dont know what happened to my ****** review so Ill leave one here as well.Let them tell it I brought in a car that already didnt start for an oil change, and thats why it didnt start after the oil change. *** never had issues with my car starting prior to this day.!The tech supposedly told me it wouldnt start and to them I didnt seem to care because I wouldnt let them run a diagnostic on a car I didnt want them touching again.Took it to another mechanic who let me know what may have happened. Still sitting at a shop 17 days later.Only writing this review because my ****** one disappeared.

We agree with what you have written here. It had problems starting before we worked on the vehicle, asked the customer a question concerning it, and possibly she did not understand when asked if she had problems with starting the car. Advised her again after the oil change that the same problem still exists. What is not mentioned here is what the shop that looked at it after us found and are they stating that we caused the problem?Review from Albert B.

The precision tune on highway 55 is the worst I took my car to get an oil change got the car back and the car is making a noise the next day the noise got louder I took it back to them they told me that charged me $150 to find out what's the problem now when I took the car to them it wasn't making a noise at all so why should I pay $150 for them to tell me what they done done to my car I've been trying to get in touch with corporate but three weeks now and I haven't gotten a response it seems to be common sense to me if I took the car to them the noise that it was making when I received the call they probably wouldn't even work on a call if it was making that sort of noise so if I took it to them for oil change and receive the car with an issues obviously they are at faultPrecision Tune Auto Care #55-03 Response

Truly sorry that you are experiencing problems. However, the only work performed on your vehicle was an oil change and the noise is coming from the front of the engine. To change the oil we did not work in the area of the front of the engine, nor did we need to. You also drove the vehicle for 1155 miles before coming back. We advised you to go to the dealer for a second opinion and that if the dealer put it in writing that we were at fault, that we would pay for the repairs.
