Purchased a vehicle on 1/5/23 and was told that all vehicles are inspected before purchase. Car was test driven and I had to ask for the brakes and rotors to be checked because of squeaking and grinding noises. On 1/23/22 started to hear thumping noises in the tires and a whistling noise in the engine, informed elite of the issues was told to bring the car in. Salesperson drove the car and said he heard nothing. Took the car to pep boys to be looked at and all 4 tires are cupping and feathering. Brought the paperwork to elite and was told that it was my problem despite it being a previous issue that should have been seen if inspected like they said so. Asked for initial inspection report and was told they don't keep those records they just supposedly check the car and fix the issues. Was told that the cops would be called on me because I refused to leave without initial service report. They tried to show me what work I asked to done on computer and I could not take a picture of the documents they did have. Was told that it was my problem and I should have heard it before purchase but I had to really drive the car before the noises appeared. Cupping in the tires doesn't happen in 20 days. Reported them to consumer affairs because of unfair business practices. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION
