            Our flight and dive resort plans got cancelled because ****** Airlines cancelled our flight for mechanical reasons during Christmas Week 2022. No other flights were available and our entire vacation was ruined. We have trip insurance for this dive vacation with DAN and we filed a claim on January 6th, 2023. We received NO communication from DAN and no settlement! NOTHING! It just shows on their claim site that our claim is closed. I have tried calling and sending messages to no avail!
