Laha Appliance was assigned as the repair technician through my home warranty company. I was familiar with the company as they serviced my refrigerator 2 years ago so until now, my experience with them was positive. WAS! The technician arrived as scheduled on June 8th, examined my oven and explained the repairs that needed to occur. That was the last I or the home warranty company heard from Laha Appliance. Numerous calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. They never even submitted a diagnosis report back to AHS. After a month, I have finally been assigned a new company to service my oven. I don't like writing bad reviews but Laha earned this. Like many previous reviewers, if I could leave zero stars I would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My home warranty company assigned them to repair my refrigerator. They came as scheduled and ordered parts. They came back when the parts arrived. I'm barely a month the problem that they were supposed to fix was back. I believe they purchased cheap parts. I tried to contact them via phone and text multiple times with no response after 3 weeks. I finally had to agree with the home warranty company and request a new service call and a new service fee. I am very disappointed and out more money than I should have been.

My rating is less than a goose egg, "0"! it is a -5 star rating! I have read the reviews below and I have read the reviews on their so called website ****************************. I concur with every review below and all of the bad reviews on the website. In August 2021, we entered in a claim with my home warranty company for two appliances to be repaired. Let's just say it is now November 2021 and nothings fixed. They have come out to repair one appliance, but both times leaving to have to order parts. When I call my home warranty company they told us no parts were ordered. Call Laha, well I text them because I was informed by the admin that texting was better. When I hear from them the answer is mostly "the parts have not come in yet. The warranty confirmed the fate of my appliances are in the hands of this company. They have NEVER called nor text me 1st to give an update of my appliances. If you go to their website, you can see how unprofessional it is. Check out the company's response to the reviews. I will change my review to a "1" because the Admin seems nice, via text, and 1 of the 2 technicians was nice. If your warranty company assigns them, please tell them to assign someone else! AWFUL! They have stated on their website that their best technicians left the company. I...wonder...WHY? Hmmm.

This is the worst company ever. Granted - they are a vendor of a home warranty company and likely don't care about anything or anyone. This company failed to do a repair and the tech emptied our fridge and cost us money on spoiled food. The owner yelled at my husband and basically said that we would part ways without completing the work or paying for the food. This business needs to be closed for good.
