            Roof was installed December of 2015 with a GAF Golden Pledge Ltd. Warranty. Rear bathroom dormer "flat" roof sheathing is delaminated/rotting on bottom 12 inches. Damaged sheathing was ignored and shingles were replaced. Roof/vent flashing is visible through damaged wood (from underside) and is the one area that was leaking 2 years ago (forcing us to open ceiling in bathroom). Ireland put caulking in that area which stopped the leak at that time, but caulking shouldn't have been required if the roof was done correctly. There is also a hole in the sheathing that has been discovered while in the attic space to the left of the bathroom area. The bad roof sheathing on this dormer, along with other areas, was ignored instead of being replaced. I imagine they thought the homeowner would never be the wiser. There were numerous other defects pointed out by a subsequent roofing company, too many to list here.

            I had my roof replaced by Ireland Contracting. They are the best contractor I have ever dealt with, from the salesman *** (who was also on site throughout installation), to the Office Manager who helped me pick the color of shingles, to the ****************** They where the nicest men and a woman who I have dealt with. I strongly recommend them!
