      I will never purchase anything from Ken Ganley Toyota ever again. Leased an SUV 3 years ago and time was up on the lease. Went in to purchase the vehicle 2 months ago, 2/28/22. Discovered they wanted more to purchase the vehicle then what my contract residual price was showing by $2k Also wanted to charge me $500 ( which was not on the contract) to process the deal/paperwork. There was a $350 dollar fee on the contract if you do not purchase the vehicle. But I was planning to purchase so no fees should be inserted. Long story short the contract I signed and was given was different than what Toyota Financial had. So now they tell me to contact Toyota. I questioned why I had to and not them. So I did anyway. Was told the dealer would need to send a letter of correction and a copy of my contract. to TFS.So I emailed the dealer explaining what needed done. Emailed them a week later asking for an update and was told the same thing. No change on the issue. So then I started to email the manager ****** ( who stopped responding to me) So I have been contacting TFS who also is incompetent. Today is 4/20/22 and I'm no further along to buying this SUV then I was on 2/28/22. My complaint and warning here is *** Ganley does not value you after the sale. They could of and should of taken the lead on this issue. I just filed a complaint with BBB on TFS today. But the dealership could care less about helping me resolving this issue. All I want is to purchase the vehicle for the residual price on my contract. The same contract that I full filled my commitment with all my payments in the 36 months I have had the car. And I guess I'm the bad guy.

      ******************* our Business Manager is handling this case. We have faxed the correction letter to Toyota Financial multiple times. **** has informed me (****** Yelling) that he spoke with a ***** at Toyota Financial and she has assured him they are fixing the issue and the buyout of the lease will be what the client has expected and what was printed on the contract. We have every intention in helping the client resolve this issue. It has been tumultuous and for that we feel awful but in no way have we given up on doing our part to assist. We will waive the $500 fee so the client can purchase the vehicle for the stated residual. Toyota Financial has informed ******************* that the corrected paperwork should be done by the coming Monday. We will continue to follow up with Toyota Financial until this is completely resolved.
