      **** ***** *** and their crew did outstanding work replacing our old concrete driveway with Techo-Bloc pavers. We were very favorably impressed with their professionalism. There was excellent communication with their office as well. They gave us addresses of previous driveways they had done in our area, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They worked carefully around our inground sprinkler system and landscaping. Not only does the driveway look great, but the job was done to the highest standard.We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

      I hired Dulemba Landscaping to put in the 100 plus foot gravel Driveway. My inquiry was responded to promptly and *** came out for the consult. He listened carefully to what I needed and we had a followup consult before work began to verify we were on the same page. The work was performed in a couple days and turned out better than I had envisioned. I am very happy with the quality of the work as well as the professionalism and would highly recommend Dulemba Landscaping and would definitely use them again. **

      8/9/22 My experience with Mr ********************** of Dulemba Landscaping was one of complete frustration and regret. Mr ********************** gave me an estimate on 2 retaining walls and steps and provided me with 2 sample blocks. We agreed the project would be started late July or early August. At the end of April I signed a contract with him and gave a deposit. The color choice was left as "to be determined" and he was to provide additional samples. At that time Mr ********************** assured me that the time slot agreed upon was held for me with no mention of a color choice deadline. After cashing my check I never received additional samples or product information as requested. I had to do much of the product research on my own thru out this entire process. He became increasingly difficult to get in touch with.The week before Memorial Day weekend I made a decision on a color option and tried to inform Mr ********************** to confirm availability. Over the following THREE WEEKS numerous phone calls went unanswered only to find out later the color was not available.. That was practically a month wasted by Mr ********************** - not me! Even then no mention was made of a color choice deadline. I called Mr ********************** twice about the middle of June with another color decision that was in stock at a distributor - he never returned my phone calls. About week later I received a cancellation of the contract letter. I was left high and dry. I had done a lot of site preparation based on the start date. Now my property is uprooted and he has completely wasted my time. I would never recommend doing business with Mr **********************. Once he got my deposit I received no guidance with products/samples/availability and had to do all that on my own. He also did not return phone calls in a timely manner. He makes you sign a 4 page contract and then cancels it later without warning. What he did was completely unprofessional.

      We are sorry for your frustration and apologize for the unfortunate need to cancel your contract and refund the deposit. The contract is signed and deposit is requested in order to place the customer on our schedule. As you stated, we were working with you to decide on materials from April to June 30. As a courtesy, we will drop off a few samples to customers but also refer customers to local suppliers in order for them to view a variety of products to make their choices. We know there were extenuating circumstances due to COVID and product availability. However, our customers usually choose a color before or shortly after signing the contract. It is regretful that you felt on your own and needed more guidance. We have been in business for over 30 years and have only had to cancel a few contracts. We appreciate you taking the time to comment on your experience. We value customer feedback and will use this information to make any necessary improvements going forward.
