Gave us an inferior product and told us "that's just how it looks". Then, upon installation, they failed to secure the countertop to our brand new $900+ dishwasher, causing damage to the top of the appliance in both places where the dishwasher should have been attached to the underneath of the countertop.. They offer no accountability, no response to fixing anything.Review from Scott M

Armina Stone put counter top in my kitchen. It came three pieces and you can clearly see the seems plain as day. Was told by the installer that the way suppose to look like. The counter is not buffed out it is raw stone. Again installer said that's the look of it.Review from Dusty M

PSA avoid! We were required to use Armina Stone for our countertops as per our builder. They installed countertops and did not cover them immediately, and they had to be treated for stains and scratches from the builder's subs. We also found chipped corners from installation, which they filled. They broke our backsplash ledge and did not tell us. Instead, they installed the slab without a new approval template and added a seam. They left the mesh on the underside of the backsplash ledge, and we had to ask them to remove it. Closer to closing, the countertops were uncovered. We found several filled holes on the mitered edge of our island. A broken riser that was left for us to discover. They have been back for several repairs. They said they would replace the broken riser, but it is attached to a mitered waterfall edge. We had concerns about the waterfall getting broken. We have now found out that the installers left several times because slabs were sent here without receptacles cut out and broken slabs. We also found out that our builder is now not using them as a vendor. They will tell you that they follow the National Stone Institute guidelines. It is all B.S. We have asked to be reimbursed for our broken slabs and damaged slabs, but they will not respond. One star is too kind.Review from John H

Have to agree with everyone below. The install of the countertop is not level and when their engineer came back to measure the backsplash he wouldn't do it as not level It has taken three days to get an appointment for two weeks out to fix the original issue they caused.Right now I have neither cooktop or oven installed because of this, additional contractor bills and when I call them they tell me the manager will call me of which he never does.I am taking this up with ********** where I ordered it from as the honesty of these people is zero.Review from Bob K

It took four visits to install my countertops. The first crew did not know what the were doing. My eleven year old granddaughter agreed. Waited three days to find out what they were going to do.Just awful communications. I would never recommend! No appreciation for my business. They took me for granted.Armina Stone Response

We recognize there were some hurdles to your project and understand the frustrations of the moment when things do not go as planned. Unfortunately, in construction even the best of plans have issues that need worked through. We had our PM on site to evaluate and then we did complete the project. We can only surmise by the attached 5-star ****** review submitted by ******************** that our team went above and beyond to satisfactorily complete the project.Review from BD

Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. First off showed up to install our new countertops hours late, then when they showed up did not have our central island piece; this was not told to us before hand that the island would be installed at a different time, also why would you install at a different time (pure stupidity). Then when they came weeks later to install our island it had a huge stain on it, we were told it was water and would disappear, well it never did, even after they came out to try and remove stain. SO we were back a square one had to pick out stone again and have it cut again. OKAY take two, came out with new countertop, with stains all over it! Again could not get stains out so back at square one, but this time they told us we can have a new stone cut but would limit our options although it was there fault, we were not staining the stone? We eventually just said enough is enough and walked away with our stained countertops. Through all this no one was very apologetic, we were always the one calling them they never reached out to us. The customer's selected ********************** was fabricated and installed. The pieces had some wet spots along the edges and seams from machining/polishing and were left to dry out. The pieces retained moisture and never did fully dry out. Natural stone is unique, each slab is different. This particular stone appears to hold moisture. We offered to remake the job, which we did. Those new pieces were inspected in our shop and also exhibited similar wet spots. They were left in our factory to dry out. They never did dry. At this point the customer was contacted about either selecting a new stone (different color), or negotiating a discount if they elect to keep what is installed. Throughout this process, our Sales and Operations Managers were in communication with the customers via phone and email. The customer elected to accept the installed ********************** at a 50% discount (over $3,000). We believe this to have been a very fair concession on our part and considered the project complete upon agreement of these terms. An updated invoice showing a $0 balance due and reflecting the 50% discount was emailed to the customer. No further offers will be tendered.Review from Donna K

Horrible Customer Service! They cancelled twice with "product availability" as the reason. The first time was the morning of the scheduled installation. They didn't know there was no product in house before that morning??? We could not even get them to return our calls to explain or reschedule. The customer service representative doesn't have a direct line to his phone. The second time they cancelled they gave us a little more notice. We didn't give them a chance to cancel the third time. We cancelled the order and went elsewhere and received a beautiful product within 2 weeks of the order. I would never recommend them.Review from Russell M

was canceled on twice once without even a curtesy call sat for 8 hours waiting went to **** ***** they told me the stones where back order till aug 5 so i waited another 4 weeks to just get canceled on again this is crazy to say the least ! i only was fed mixed information and led along for 4 months a whole summer of excuses to just be left in the end with no answers i was contacted at 845 am by manager at armani stone saying that they did get the stone in but not enough to go around and i would have to select another because of how popular they are ! i told her not interested and i already have looked at the other options and do not want those and if they couldn’t give me the ones i wanted i would cancel but never canceled! called multiple times to the store which i admit weren’t pleasant but i did get a call back from someone who said there was a not from today from armani stone saying that they received my stones and instal was on time ! so idk what got miscommunicated but all i wanted was answers the call from the manager got dropped and never resolved anything showed up to the store just to be told my order was canceled i’m out a lot of money and time from this situation i can’t even put a number on it nor can i explain how upset i am with the service i was provided i don’t understand how this company hasn’t been shut down as many bad comments that seem to line up with my experiences i cannot even express the disappointment i’m experiencingReview from Donna B

Awful service... two bad installs after inability to measure correctly. Gave up after 2nd install since small errors not worth having them touch anything. Would never use them again. Wait till you call to discuss the issues and hope to get a reinstall date! You get constantly forwarded to voice mail or disconnected. Left with unusable kitchen for two weeks after first attempt. Glad the nightmare of dealing with them is over.
