Do nothing without a signed contract. I asked for signed contract several times and got the run around. They said we will get it to you, no worries. I trusted them against my better judgment. I ordered invites, decorations etc.. hundreds of dollars spent and they canceled on me due to gas prices and now I have no venue for my event. I don't know how I'll find a venue this late in the game. They didn't even have the decency to tell me this they just sent an auto-generated email. I've got invites I can't send out. I've got 25 4x4 table clothes I can't use.. I had to tell my husband and now his surprise 40th birthday is ruined. Keep scrolling and find someone who is trustworthy bc this is not it. The fact that their website states they are easy to work with is just laughable.

Her event is at the end of MAY!***To Our Loyal Customers,After 23 years in business, it is with great sorrow that we inform you that Pittsburgh Luxury Cruises, our yacht rental branch, is closing its doors. We hoped that we could survive being shut down for COVID for 20 months, but, combined with the current cost of fuel and every other expense being so high, we have determined that we can not currently operate as a sustainable business. We are refunding any monies paid in advance for deposits on Fantasy, etc. and closing our doors as of April 1st, 2022. Unfortunately, this is not an April ***** joke.Our pontoon rental branch, Pittsburgh Pontoons, is still running!
