I PAID THEM TO PUT IN A NEW DRIVE WAY. THEY DRILLED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SAW. MY BATHROOM WAS DESTROYED; BECAUSE OF THIS MOST OF THE BATHROOM HAD TO BE REMODELED!!THE DRIVEWAY WASNT EVEN A YEAR OLD BEFORE IT CRACKED!THE BLACK STRIPPING ALSO STARTED COMING APART SHORTLY AFTER THEY PUT THE DRIVE WAY IN !I CALLED **** OF AMERICO CONSTRUCTION REGUARDING THE STRIPPING IN THE DRIVE WAY HE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT AND **************** "EVERYBODYS STRIPPING COMES OUT."NEEDLESS TO SAY MY DRIVEWAY ISSUES ARE NOT RESOLVED BUT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY DID PAY FOR THE BATHROOM EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO CUT CORNERS FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CHECK!!Review from DIANE L

We hired this company to install a double wide driveway and walkways. The work was done in June and as early as the following Spring, the driveway was already pitted on the surface. When we called, we were told that all driveways do that. Almost every home in our neighborhood has a cement driveway, most of which are over 20 years old. NONE of them look as bad as ours which was only 6 months old at the time. I called continuously and sent photos and they did nothing, only told us they would seal it. The damage was already done so sealing would not solve the issue. I got a letter from the President of the company who basically told me "too bad, there is nothing can be done". Their customer service is horrible and their President has an "I don't care" attitude. I am advising you to run from this company if you are smart. I am still fighting with them. They give a 2 year warranty, but they are cagey in that they drag their feet long enough for the warranty to run out.

I hired Americo to complete a 2 1/2 driveway. I also asked for additional service, divots to be filled in with topsoil on the bottom portion of my fence line at the end lot. The company added an additional feature, a retaining wall. Which we agreed to as well for additional cost. The driveway is not finished, the retaining wall is chipped all over and half put together. The company destroyed my yard with 6 truck loads of debris instead of dumping at a dump site. I am left with over 10,000 dollars in damage of fixing and mess. I paid this company and was advised this was a complete job. I am very upset.

We never have a problem with all of the good customers that we have done work for and they number in the thousands, for the not so good customers we try very hard to satisfy them but unfortunately we will never be able to satisfy them and they will never be happy. As for the ******* job demands were made that we tried to satisfy at our expense. When we finished the customer told us that we could *** her for the balance due but she would settle for less. Anyone could figure what the ********* motivations were. We took less then agreed on. It's a beautiful job and we are happy with the results and would have anyone review it as an example of our quality
