Work was done quick. Spoke to the Representative **** about keeping existing gutters and just reattaching/anchoring them with the bolt in fasteners. Did not review contract close enough, It just stated to reattach gutters. Should have been clued in that it didn't say how they were to be reattached. A couple of months later my gutter that is 3 floors up is coming off of my house. I quickly went to email ****** and *** to just check to see what they had to say. My assumption was that the gutters were attached with new anchors. They were not! In my nicely worded email I just asked what their thoughts were. Wasn't asking for anything else. *** quickly called me and took defense as if I was demanding something. I just wanted to explain that I was misled to believe that the gutter should have been attached with better anchors. So here is my warning to be cautious because they are not even courteous enoughto tell you why they can't do something. So my reattached gutter were simply just hammered back in and not attached as expected. My fault for not getting it in writing. But *** didn't need to attack me on the phone when he called me and didn't let me get a word in edge wise. Best of Luck

Regarding your concern with your gutter issues, your roof job was completed in July of 2022. You reached out to Foglia Builders Inc. on 1/3/2024. A year and a half after your roof was installed, we listened to your concerns about the old spike gutters that Foglia's Builders was not under contract to replace or install any new hangers. We are reaching out to you to inform you that we did tighten up the gutters the best we could when the roof was installed in 2022 at no cost. We do not believe that Foglia Builders, **** is liable.

I asked for estimates from two different roofing companies, and I was most impressed by Foglia Builders Inc because their estimate was more reasonable than the other company and the salesman didn't try to sell me something my house didn't need. It was a breeze to work with everyone involved in my roofing job: the front office answered all my questions to my satisfaction, sent emails to help me through the process and cashed my check when they said they would; on the day of the job the crew arrived when expected, seemed to know exactly how to weatherproof my roof, and finished the job in the time specified, one day. I am now proud of how nice my house looks, telling everyone who asks that I have a "pretty house." I am very pleased with my experience in working with this company and the quality of its work.

Foglia Builders did a wonderful job on our roof and our storage shed. The workers were fantastic and the salesman was excellent from the contract to the warranty. I have already recommended them to others who have seen our roof and inquired on who we had do it.

The FBI did a fantastic job on our roofing project, main house & 2 porch roofs. ** did a great presentation, right from the start, from contract & warranty information to Owens Corning material and installation . Would be glad to recommend the FBI .

I live out of town but own a home in the area my mother lives in. The roof needed replaced on short notice due to a leak. I called over a weekend and Foglia builders got back to me promptly, provided a detailed estimate and replaced the roof within a week. All this was done via phone calls and e-mail. My 85-year-old mother was very grateful in the respectful manner all Foglia employees treated her *****. Her comfort level with them while performing the roof inspection was the prime factor in selecting Foglia. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.
