This has been the worst experience buying a used vehicle. The service that we received in the service department has not been truthful from the beginning of our purchase. We had to have the car towed from this dealership to another. It went in for one little noise and now has the engine out. . Their response has been we should have bought an extended warranty. Maybe they should have people working on the vehicles that repair them right to begin with. Never again!!!

I drove a hour away to go get a car that I was scheduled for me to get half way there and them tell me that the vehicle has been sold. So since I was already in route the manager referred a couple other vehicles for me to see so I agreed. Once I got there I seen the vehicle I wanted was still there. I acquired about it because they have a policy that they do not hold used vehicles for people. So they said someone agreed to buy it but no payment was ever sent while all my stuff was ready to purchase the vehicle . So I asked to see the other vehicles that they referred me to come see 25 minutes later the dealer comes back to tell me I am 0-3 those vehicles have been sold to. So the dealer he couldn’t sale me the vehicle that I was there and I personally feel I was discriminated against because I am a young African American male. And personally felt my money and credit was just as good as the (other) man’s! The whole overall experience was just unprofessional and just a waste of time and gas. So just if none the least be aware of who you work with there and the favoritism they show to certain people.

This business told us we had a product that we found out we didn't. They also say you get a package with free amenities, but they charge you more to where it isn't free. They don't answer or return calls; very unprofessional. This specific car dealership is untrustworthy. Especially ******************* and *************************. Not recommend dealing with them or this place. Go to manufacturer.

This dealership sold us a luxury SUV with a shotty paint job on the bumper and never told us. We had to learn about it from the dealership we traded it into. They asked who did the paint job on the bumper. We had no idea. There were bubbles all over the bumper but, I never put two and two together until the other dealership manager noticed it and brought it to my attention. I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. Also, the original sales man we were dealing with was more interested in smoking his vape pen than dealing with us; so, the manager ended up being our sales man. So, not only were we sold a vehicle with a horrible paint job on the bumper we were blown off as well. We will never go there again and neither should you.

Watch out for Sales Department. They run website ad for a SUV for leasing had ad say $299.00 lease for 36 months, and $2995.00 total cash at signing. Was told by sales manager different suv. decided at purchase, after looking a SUV found out the VIN # make and model match their ad. was told by sales manger, they could not honor their website pricing. then dealership started to jack up price. then they went to the finance and he start to increase price. said my fico score was low, ask where they got fico, was told "Trans Union" which is where I get my fico score also my bank(PNC). his said it was under 700, but before going up to dealership both fico scores were between ******* prior to Apr 12, purchased SUV Apr 21. I am a Vet and their website said they has a $500.00 discount. They didn't even give me that watch for FALSE ADVERTISING, CONSUMER FRAUD, and DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I even ask to pay $10.00 more for a 12000 mile/yr instead of a 10000 mile/yr lease. they added the $10.00 to contract, but still only listed 10000 mile- BUYER BEWARE
