      I came across a faded ***** Roberts sticker on the side of my AC unit and decided to give the number a call. I explained that the unit was original to the house (about 20 years old) and had started making a strange noise. The customer service representative confirmed that their company had installed the original units in my subdivision and scheduled a technician to come out.When the technician arrived, he immediately threw up his hands, stating that since it was an older R22 model, they werent even allowed to touch itreplacement was the only option. He then informed me of an $85 trip charge, which I was required to pay on the spot, despite no actual service being *********** disappointed and frustrated for two reasons:A) I should have been informed over the phone that they dont service older R22 units, which would have saved everyone time.B) Charging a trip fee when no diagnosis or work was done feels completely unjustified.Fortunately, I found another local company that was not only willing to service the unit but also repaired it at a fraction of the cost. If I could give ***** Roberts zero stars, I would.

      ******** company employees are not technician they can not even bring certified given the work that they perform. Paid for brand new AC to be installed for it to stop working 2 weeks later and the supposed technician took literally half a day to first say it was my thermostat and then change his mind and say it was compressor and said the compressor went out because of construction their hasn't been any construction. Been almost a month and still no AC. 3 on your side is the next people I will contact. ********

      Horrible company. The worst customer service I have ever received. The tech came in my home, atood at the thermostat for 29 minutes, then ripped it off the wall and said “oh ill mount that back on let me go get my screwdriver. He then proceeded to sit in his vehicle for over 20 minutes, I watched him on camera the whole time. After he came back in, he basically called me a liar about the a/c not working because it was close to the end of our service warranty. Then he told me I owed $150. He didn’t even look at the a/c unit. What a huge lazy piece of shit! This is not our first bad experience with this company. I hate this company their product and their workers are junk!

      Complaint Against **** Roberts: Faulty Installation and ************ In 2017, my wife and I purchased our dream home, and the air conditioning system was installed by **** Roberts. By 2019, the unit completely failed and had to be replaced. Now, we are facing the need for a THIRD unit in just seven years. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially in ******** extreme climate.We have two small children, and as a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income, this ongoing issue has caused significant financial and emotional stress. Two independent A/C companies have inspected our system and confirmed that the original installation by **** Roberts was faulty, leading to the repeated failures of our units.Despite these findings, **** Roberts has refused to take accountability. The service manager, *****, has been completely unhelpful, shifting all the blame onto the manufacturer instead of addressing the poor installation and lack of quality control on their end.We trusted **** Roberts to provide a reliable product and service, but instead, weve been left with mounting expenses, endless frustration, and a home that is unlivable during the Arizona summer. This company has shown no willingness to stand behind their work or make things right.I am filing this complaint to warn others about **** Roberts and to urge them to take responsibility for their actions. No family should have to go through this nightmare.

      Worst company! Built a Pulte home in 2019 just found out today that because **** Roberts DID NOT file the warranty information we now have to pay twice the amount of the warranty paperwork was filed. Also the same issue last year with the air conditioner.

      **** Roberts was wonderful! My AC went out when the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. With 2 children and 3 animals in the house it was important to me to have the issue assessed and repaired quickly. I called **** Roberts and they were at my front door within 90 minutes! ****** showed up with a smile on his face and assured me that he would find the source of the problem and find a solution quickly. Within 30 minutes ****** had a plan, he kept me updated along the way, and he really put my concerns at ease. Due to the complexity of the repair required, **** Roberts sent a 2nd *********** *****, to my house to assist ******. ***** and ****** worked efficiently and had my AC back up and running in no time. Despite both technicians working outside in the 100 degree heat, they had smiles on their faces when the repair was complete! It is clear to me that **** Roberts hires competent technicians with excellent work ethic, ensuring excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you **** Roberts!!

      New home build only 2.5 years old with a Lennox system. Under **** ********* CAP (Customer Assurance Plan), my unit was inspected and reported to be in great condition (by **** Roberts). Just a few months later the blower motor failed, the reason for failure is either defect or improper install. I should note, **** Roberts did leave the manuals inside the system when I first closed on the house, this caused violent oscillations that caused my whole house to shake! The blower motor is covered under ************** manufacture's warranty. However, **** Roberts wants to charge me $500 for 1 hour of labor, and that is after their manager said they are giving me a discount! Avoid this company at all costs, clearly they want to rip people off and extort every possible cent they can out of the customer.

      **** Roberts was who our builder used to install unit so we called them thinking it would be best being they put the system in. We are in a new build home and home now is only 2.5 years old. We have had multiple issues with the unit over the last year. This year alone I made a service call in June *********************************************************************************************************************************** didnt do. Had a furnace blower replaced TWICE in two weeks due to error. We had our coils and parts replaced TWICE now. Our unit is still not functioning properly and now freezing over which was never an issue before and I am too scared to call them back yet again after dealing with so many issues and being without AC for almost two months. I have kids in the home and cant keep dealing with AC issues and incompetent techs. We even had lead tech come out after multiple complaints to the manager and yet we still have issues.

      The worst company ever, beware! I had a technician come out to my house on Thursday because the ** in my master bedroom was not working. My house comes equipped with three thermostats in different rooms and my master bedroom would not drop below 83. The technician who came out on Thursday went up to the attic, did not even check my unit outside came back down from the attic 15 minutes later said that my air conditioning was running at 97 to 98%. Everything look great, I go out of town on Friday. I get back home on Monday ************ entire house is over 85 now the units in my entire house are not running. I called them asking for someone to come out on emergency since its over 100 outside & they tell me the soonest theyre able to get a technician out is Tuesday morning at 9 in the morning. Ive heard horror stories of this business from other within my community, but ultimately this is the company that my ** unit was installed by. I was billed $85, only so I can be in a worse situation. Now lets see what type of excuse they provide when they come back.
