I was referred to ****************************** by a family member who just had the system installed. The family member never interacted with ***** and has no long term history on performance of the system but the water tastes good so I pursued getting more information.***** came out to the house and whether he realizes it or not has the demeanor of a salesmen and speaks very quickly throwing a lot of information at you. He sort of causally said we could drain the backwash out the wall to the side of our house which caused concern. ***** took a call where I was asking for clarification and other options because we dont want water draining out against the base of the house. ***** provided an alternative system. Some time passed where my partner and discussed pros and cons. My partner wanted technical specification information on the system and ***** refused to provide this data and claimed his 40 years in the industry should be enough and I should find another vendor. I was rather shocked and found the behavior unprofessional. I am not a water or filter specialist and it is it not unreasonable to ask for documentation on the $3000 system being proposed. So unfortunately this review is not on the system itself. Just the negative interaction that resulted in us redirecting our attention to another vendor.

Couple was very apprehensive when I arrived. Told me they have been scammed several times in the past my previous companies. I offered them 4 different solutions to there concerns. I sent technical sheets on all the products. After a month we decided that our company might not be a good fit for there concerns. And wished them well in finding the right system. And we told them exactly that. Sometimes potential customers do not want to hear honestly and the truth. They were very skeptical upon my first visit. And I found that very uncomfortable as they were referred to our company by a completely happy customer who was a relative.

The flyer that was provided does not constitue an artifact providing all the technical specifications of the unit. No information on weight, size, materials used to manufacture the entire unit. No information on the follow on warranty or service agreement. A vendor refusing to provide this basic information is suspect and it was the right decision to move on. The apprehensiveness witnessed was valid, based on prior experiences and based on the vendors unwillingness to be patient, communicate, and share requested information. When youre spending $3k+ Honesty is in the form of documented information that can be substantiated is necessary - Not verbal conversations.

The brochures we provide list all media's used in our system with specs on those medias.The spec information on everything including vertual videos explaining everything including the warranty is posted on our web site and each customer receives a complete Owners Manual which includes on page 6 the entire warranty. I am still confused with this review as these people were recommended by an 4 year existing completely happy customer.

I met ***** at the home show at ******************, I wasn't shopping for anything but my wife and I went with friends who are building a new home in Surprise and thought it would be a fun outing. When we heard what he had to say it made so much sense to get rid of the salt in our home and go with this healthier alternative and we don't regret it. It's only been in for a couple days but I notice when I take a shower I don't feel slimy as with the salt softener. I came from ******* and we had Lake ******** water and pretty much were spoiled. After living in ******* for the past 5 years I see how different the water is here and how it needs to be treated. At this point I couldn't be happier with my new system and look forward to the swimming pool treatment that I have in store for me so I don't have to constantly be scraping off my pool tile, but that has yet to be seen. So far I'm a happy customer.

I have had my SmartPh1000 system since December of 2016. My husband called multiple times to get someone to come out and look at the system. Every time he called he spoke with ***** who just said there was nothing to do and to just back flush the system and that there was no reason to come out and look at it. So we continued to back flush the system with no change. Finally got ***** to come out in June 2021 to look at the issues that I has having. Again told me the system was fine and that he would just increase the back flush times. I also had him check all my sinks because the water smelled back and tasted bad. He told me he wouldn't taste the water because it smelt like chlorine and a new under the sink filter was needed. Told me he would order me one but that I would need to contact him in a week to remind him. So I did, he told me he received the filter and that he would check his schedule and get back to me. Well after multiple phone calls and his excuses that he has been busy. I finally told him to just ship me the filter and I would install it myself as he is to busy to schedule a follow up with a long standing customer. His customer service and follow up are horrible. I would not give any stars and nor would I recommend his company at all to anyone. Wish I had just gone with another another company.

Filter is a custom order and manufacturer was back ordered for 2 months.

She was only told I had it in stock after 2 months of us waiting for the filter. Customer very impatient as our service schedule was booked. She was told we would come at first opening. Obviously that wasnt good enough. Shipping filter today (8/10/21).
