I am writing this complaint due to a leak in my pond within the warranty period and no communication/resolution from Castcade Arizona LLC. 2 years limited warranty on materials used in waterfall installation. Pump and liner warranty is by the **** I am looking to have the leak repaired or receive compensation to have the leak repaired by another company. On 4/6/2019 I paid $400 for a down payment to have Castcade Arizona LLC install a koi pond. Construction of the pond finished on 6/22/2019 for a total of $7260.00. Contacted Cascade 3/21/2021 to notify of pond leak and inquire about UV clarifier. On 3/28/2021 received return call from *** and discussed installing a UV clarifier and leak repair. *** mentioned he was going to find best price for UV clarifier and contact me back. During installation of UV clarifier *** was to look at leak. After 3-4 weeks without receiving call back from *** I attempted to contact him again. When he answered *** said he was on another call and would call me back. Again did not hear from ***. 6/23/2021 wrote an email to Castcade inquiring about UV clarifier and leak. 6/24/2021 *********************** responded saying "ok". Received no further communication on this matter. On 7/29/2021 followed up again by calling the office and was informed there were family issues and with Covid they were behind in scheduling. On 9/24/2021 my brother in law called and reached ***. 9/25/2021 email sent to *** asking for date when he would come over to fix leak. No response from ***. Sent email to *** on 9/27/2021 with pictures of leak. There has been no further communication from Castcade Arizona LLC to date. 11/1/2021 ********** came over to provide an estimate to fix the leak and I was quoted $10,000. ****** from ********** stated the pond was built incorrectly. I was informed the wrong material, cement, was used which cracks.
