      My brother bought his car from here and less than a month it left him stranded on the freeway a few times in and out of the shop multiple times and they have told him oh its run fine now we fixed this and weve fixed that and now they want him to pay 200 plus dollars just to fix a fan on the car that he shouldnt have to fix like . And on top of all the stress of that they didnt even offer him a loaner car or try to help him get to point a to b know that he does have any other transportation to get back and forth to work and yet they want him to still pay his car payments I dont recommend them at all and my brother deserves at least half his money back !!!!! Only reason they treat him and other like them like this is because they have a good heart and wont *** their asses!!!and he ONLY 60 dollars past due which they should wipe clean considering the at he had to Uber back and forth to work when the car stopped on the freeway

      ******, Your brother purchased a vehicle AS/IS WITHOUT ******** as stated on the paperwork that he signed. After the purchase his vehicle blew a radiator hose, unfortunate situation, however we fixed the hose and several other hoses as well as a thermostat and coolant reservoir at NO cost to your brother. That repair was done in good faith because it was an unforeseen situation and the additional repairs were done as a preventative measure to avoid another issue. Your brother received a loan for the purchase of the vehicle of which he has not paid the complete 1st payment, he is a 1st payment default. Again, due to his aggravation we made a payment arraignment with him to pay the remaining balance (again we are not required to extend an arrangement). A couple of weeks later we receive a call that he was having a problem with the car, our response was bring it in and we will look at it. When the car arrived it had been driven with no coolant or water in the vehicle, I was told by ****** that he had driven the car multiple times while it was hot potentially causing further damage to the vehicle. After further inspection and diagnosis of the vehicle we found the condenser fan had failed in the vehicle, again, we offered to help fix the vehicle and asked him to pay for the part at our cost of $200.00 and we would pay the labor for the fan installation at a cost of $580.00 as well as any further diagnosis. He agreed to the payment of $200.00 but stated that he could not pay that until he gets paid on Friday, we agreed again. Thursday morning he called and wanted to know if the car was ready, he was told no that the agreement that he was going to have it picked up on Friday (when he was able to pay his portion). Throughout the day we received multiple phone calls from him and ****** expressing many of his personal situational problems, their unsatisfactory opinion and verbal attacks on our staff of their FREE service they were receiving. Friday morning comes and your brother showed up to clean his car out and voluntarily surrendered the vehicle at his choice. We went above and beyond what we are required to do to help him. He was never turned away but yet he was still unhappy with the extensive free service he received as well as payment arrangements to assist him. We are not required to listen to verbal lashings, loaner cars are not available and our extensive courteous free service has come to an end. We wish him the best moving forward.
