As a follow up, Arizona Tile replaced our countertop and it looks great. No more cracks! Thanks to ********************* for helping us resolve our problem. They did a great job of reinstalling the replacement. I would buy from them again in the future. I also want to thank *** at Hard Tops Granite who did the fabrication. He really knows his stuff.

My Experience with Arizona Tile LLC was typical. They are only concerned about making a sale. After my counter top cracked in two places, the only answer I could get from the Slab Manager, *********************, is that it is was not covered under the 15 year warranty because it was "an act of God". They also advertise the quartz slab we bought was from SantaMargarita of *****, but when we called SantaMargarita, they told us that they do not manufacture *************** Venation quart for Arizona Tile. So, after talking with multiple people at their location in *****, we have gotten no where. This isn't over yet, but just a warning to those considering buying from them, DON"T DO IT.

This place is a cesspool of sexual harassers, liars and immoral owners. The worthless HR department is a JOKE so don't expect any help if something happens to you there. This review is simply to warn potential employees and or customers to keep their daughters, sisters, mothers close so this to does not happen to them. THIS COMPANY encourages their employees to come after hours to the Arizona Tile workplace and force, coheres women into ***, sexually harass employees and female customers and lord only knows what else. MIND you, this business does not do background checks, so if a type of sexual abuse/drug use happens on company property and someone is hurt as as a result, you **** think they would be held liable or would help, but that is not the case at all. My goal now is to let others know what type of s***** company this place is and that it is not a safe environment especially after hours. After that horrible experience I wish to only let others like myself to speak out and get the help they need and deserve. The **** should expand the 180 compliant window also because many victims do not realize what happened to them till much further down the road. And if an employee has a complaint, maybe the HR department should actually do their job instead of sweeping it under the rug and blaming the victim instead. As a daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, my family went through as much pain as I did. Seeing the girl that had high hopes, come back just a shell of a person. But those evil people DID NOT BREAK me. I will remain strong and keep fighting against the evil who inhabitant these type of businesses. Who are more than happy to bring in a naive girl "straight off the farm" and try to get away with as much as possible with her. It's sad, repulsive and its not justice. And it still happens more and more to women everyday. Just know, that when you buy their products you are really just keeping the evil alive.I hope I haunt you Arizona Tile.
